If you grew up listening to WABC musicradio 77 in the 1960's, you probably listened to their legendary morning DJ, Herb Oscar Anderson. We caught up with HOA at the Saratoga Polo Club, in Saratoga Springs, New York. He had been invited to entertain guests after the polo match. Herb sang his famous theme song, "Hello Again" along with some other favorites. It was just wonderful to see him, and relive some great memories. This video was shot on 8/24/2008.

Great to locate and view the Best WABC morning DJ, who gave us a great AM morning start to our lives from the 50's to 70's. Thanks once again to listen to great songs of his and vocals.
Ah yes...WHN..still remember the jingle....WHN...the wonderful sound of music......innnnnn New York.
Thank you so much for posting this HOA video - he sounds fantastic. I listened to him online this past winter/spring on a Music of Your Life radio station in Washington State and he sounded wonderful. I love hearing him sing. Thanks again for bringing back such warm memories of listening to HOA while I was growing up.

Thanks for posting this great video! Herb Oscar Anderson was my inspiration as a teen looking to get into radio. I made it and shared the joys of being a DJ for a few years before finding more opportunities in the news end of the business. I'm still going too after 50 years!
PART 1 I listened to WABC in Tamaqua PA growing up in the early 60's I wrote the words down then in my father's ESSO gas station in Hometown PA.
