It's not setup I know how it's done. The 'dirty move' is edited out so there is no way for you to figure it out.

He probably looked at her card when picking up the empty box and then said the name of that card. For mind reading hers, he probably used whatever mental voodoo he usually does.

For those wondering the way guessed the name was suggestive guessing. But making her think of a friend that started with a particular letter he was then able to guess the name based on how she reacts to him guessing. Notice that she starts to nod subconsciously?

Danis, perhaps you don't know everything yet about different "forces", since you have only been into magic 5 years, no? I, too have been into card tricks . I'm not going to jump to the conclusion that a performance was "staged" or the spectator was "in" on the trick just because I couldn't figured it out. That's what a layman or a non-magician would say. It should not have been you, since you have said you're a magician. If you're interested, there are others magicians that know how the mental part of the tricks were done, they have discussed it in one of the chat started by Alex ADHS. It's the one chat that has the most responses to this video.

After what Shin did to this poor girl recently with cards, I’m amazed she wanted to go through it again with Colin...... A “glutton for punishment”I’m guessing ☝️😆
