Hi Crystal, Happy Belated Thanksgiving!!! I just finished watching your video and after seeing how beautiful Nicole's hair looked, I was feeling a little guilty about chopping all my hair off about a month ago. My hair was and is like Nicole's, also low porosity as well as natural but I started getting gray hair and my texture started changing and I found myself doing more wash and goes and less blow drying and flat ironing. I have used and purchased almost all of your products and I am waiting on my low porosity bundle and finally able to get a shine mist after trying to get one for the last few years 😢. I love how the other client with the purple hair came out and your hair looked nice too. I enjoy watching your videos and I am one of your product junkie customers and each one I use makes my hair feel great. My problem is trying to support all of the black and brown hair entrepreneurs and not getting the same results that I get from you 😮. If people want to get a relaxer that is their prerogative, but to suggest that the hair we are born with is inferior to a chemical process, is totally inaccurate. Educating ourselves on how to maintain our natural hair is key to healthy hair. It saddens me so much that we continue to live in this slave mentality that straight, Caucasian-like hair is “better”.
