Came across you lads from a mate and funnily enough I recognised Oz and Yo from TV. I'm a 33 year old lad from Melbourne, Australia. I recently lost my job due to the position being made redundant and I ended a long term relationship all within the same week. I went through a few weeks of feeling incredibly low before making small incremental changes to switch things around. I stopped drinking, started to eat clean, exercise more, cut out unhealthy relationships and booked a couple of holidays to Thailand and Europe/UK for something to look forward to. The messages on your pod are really relatable to me which keeps me tuned in. Keen as to watch it grow!
