😂😂 just last year all 3 promoted clubs stayed up, but now it's a crisis. Forest Bournemouth and Wolves can all be pulled into the relegation fight next season

It all comes down to injuries, loss of form etc. I think we (Bournemouth) could be challenging for a European spot next season or the one after if we continue to make smart signings, don't get too many big injuries and can keep hold of our top players. So many variables can come into play which is partly why it's so interesting. I think Everton may surprise people next season and get at least into around 12th place and not be involved in the relegation scrap again. Look at the momentum they are on at the end of this season. Sure they aren't smashing teams away but they are bringing out 1-0, 2-0 etc wins and keeping clean sheets. It might not be pretty but it's effective and I think they'll start climbing the table.

I think it says plenty that both teams with points deductions have stayed up as well. Everton at a canter. It’s just been a stronger league this year. There is no crisis. Last season all three that came up stayed up. This is said with no hate or anything, because I think it’s brilliant that any team gets its time in the sun in the Prem. This season Luton didn’t have the money to compete, they have not backed the manager financially and are likely going to put the money into a new/improved stadium. Realistically nobody gave Luton a chance in the playoffs last year either, it was a bit of a fairytale so to then not spend this season, they’ve done amazing to be where they are. Sheff United - again, the club have not backed the manager well financially, so the squad going down is largely on par with the one that came up. Burnley - were always going down the style of play that they are using. Kompany would have been sacked months ago if he wasn’t who he is. They are too easy for teams to play against and get hammered playing that way. The quality of the 3 teams that came up last season is nowhere near some of the other teams that have come up previously. It is easy for everyone to turn around and claim it’s all to do with money, and it is just lazy. Yes, having more money is obviously an advantage but just tell it like it is: Sheff Utd and Luton didn’t back the manager on transfers , Burnley’s manager is on a mad one. The other teams at the bottom of the Prem did back their managers in the transfer windows and stayed up. That’s a club decision, it isn’t solely to do with more or less money.

This season, you had Sheffield Utd, who owners want out and sold anybody decent, Luton who work on a budget, and wouldn’t over do it, and in Burnley you had Kompany who would only play one wat

I wonder whether Forest’s tactic of being a non-parachute payment club, getting promoted and over-spending, could become a trend. Sure they’ve underachieved with their squad this year but their overspending kept them afloat last year as a non-parachute payment club and Luton have succumbed this year, as well as Sheffield United, who though still benefitting from payments, were in financial crisis and limped their way out of the league. Feels that the gap is so big now that some rule bending has to be done for the more disadvantaged clubs

Norwich V Leeds is perhaps the worst game I have watched in over 60 years, it is that bad I went and fed the cats, they show more passion for their food than these overpaid players care about entertaining the people who pay their wages. I am actually scared to watch West Brom V Southampton in case it's more of the same and I end up in a Coma. I would prefer Death rather than watch this.

I just watched that match aswell m8 norwich vs leeds I agree it was boring I mean that second half was really depressing as a neutral 🤣 where I would slightly disagree with you however is what they have created re the play offs is they sell it as entertainment but actually its a results buisness teams are too scared to lose these matches because of the amounts of money involved just for getting to the prem and that is why you get boring matches sometimes with both teams cancelling each other out really 🤔 I have seen play off finals like that aswell huddersfield vs reading when huddersfield got promoted to the prem 0-0 huddersfield won on pens for example🤔

This is the first time in what, 25 years that this has happened where all three promoted clubs go straight back down? Last season the three promoted clubs (Forest, Fulham, Bournemouth) all stayed up, so maybe it's just that the three teams who got promoted this time just aren't as good as previous promoted teams

Should give the EFL clubs the league Cup, exclude Premier league teams from it. Gives the EFL more money and premier league teams less games, makes premier teams take the FA Cup more seriously aswel.

@@BILBODINHO that’s true from a fan’s perspective, I’m talking about the business interest, and the FA are ultimately in the business of making money. all the real advertising and endorsement interest comes from participation of the premier league teams - especially the so called big 6. This is demonstrably true when contrasting the disparity between sponsorship value (and prize/ participation money) of the premier league and champions league compared to the English domestic cups and EFL. The top of the house of cards hordes all the money.

This is nonsense. Sheffield United owners want out and sold all their best players after coming up and gave them no funds. Luton are one of the smallest clubs to ever get promoted to the PL and had a tiny budget compared to every other team. Burnley simply struggled to adapt their style to a higher level and the stubbornness of the manager got them relegated. Last year all promoted teams stayed up. Stop acting like one season is a trend.
