Hey Jay I know how to get that "secret ending" in order for you to get it you have to 100% the game, get every single ending and fail and make everything yellow. once you've done that go back to the last mission at the center for chaos control and click on the one button you couldn't click on and it's a surprise from there. Oh and also there is an achievement you can get with the lock pick. If you want to get it just keep on clicking lockpick
