When I first read the title I thought you might have known Fish Frank. He was this guy who always smelled like fish due to a genetic mutation that made his sweat high in sulfur compounds, similar to this fashion model who had appeared on several talk shows a while back because she had the same genetic mutation and that made it hard for her to find work, even though she was very pretty. I think fish will eat hot dogs if they are properly prepared with special worm sauce, but piranhas will eat just about anything; they are not picky. My friend Lefty used to have a lot of parties at his place and he used to get high and sit by the this really dirty fish tank that had three piranhas and he used to flick ashes from his cigarettes into the fish tank, which I thought was very disrespectful. The last time I saw Lefty he was sleeping in a chair with one hand in the fish tank. I think a whale could probably beat a dog in the right environment (referencing that other question you had). Have you ever tried serving your Fish Franks in concert with your famous Fish Stew? I think that might make an interesting combo meal. Oh, if you ever get piranhas it is probably a good idea to make a special piranha barrier if you are a smoker.
