Well technically he did not do everything by himself...the ending credit showed that. What makes it different now after SM is, he has the final say, of course with his brother Clinton, in all his activities & the direction of where he wants his career to be at. Being your own boss gives you that freedom...but MonsterGrp is a small company, I don't know how much investors they have, maybe none, but these investors also affects the direction of your career, because they'll demand, expect returns from their investments & they can make things complicated. So the more we should support Henry & his company so they don't have to look for many investors who can restrict that creativity in him.

Henry did produce this, it’s his company’s first album since leaving SM (his brother is CEO of Monster Ent). Media showcase revealed in Korean news articles said Henry himself orchestrated all aspects, from music production, all the innovative sounds, to album design and of course the MV itself. It’s why this took 2 years to come out after he went independent in 2018. So many allegories in this MV! Past and future, duality theme (2 cars, 2 creatures, 2 locations, etc), such a personal message of his life’s Journey and his multiple public personas as an artist crossing different fields and genres. The first opening lines (in Korean) also reflects the pain that all fans know but he almost never speaks of publicly. This one hit hard!

@@traceywar2544 Sometime, when in group, their fans seem huge but it is actually mixed between fans of them as a group or just particular members. When they go solo, their fans can be a lot smaller than expected. Henry mostly active as solo throughout his career, and starting to gain more recognition through Begin Again as a musician, his solo doing quite well compare to other idols doing solo. For me, Henry music just truly start recent years, before that it is just honed for him to survive in Korea entertainment industries.

@@kimbxrly5277 he was part of super junior-M that only promoted in china! but no matter what he did, people really didn't like henry! they went for his head in each comeback, so henry went solo with SM basically just waiting for his contract to end if we're being 100% honest here, SM didn't promoted henry music much...but he always worked really hard and that's why he's really well known in korea as well.

Despite that Henry still produces music for them under their label :’)

Some said their arrival split the SuJu-K.Zhoumi however,just chose to lay low and go solo whereas,Henry grew up and above and famous,mainly in variety shows with his famous foreigner card. This enraged them. SM started sabotaging his opportunities. Then finally his contract ended and he became a free artist.!

Everything about this is perfection. The content isn't just for the sake of "commercialism". It's about the realness and finding your truth despite the media/world/critics put him through in the industry.

This is how freedom in Music sounds like, genuine and transparent without limitations. ❤️

This song is just really the best I've heard so far. Henry really showcased his talent and the song really really came out so nice that it deserves more.
