It's simple and classic. I love it! Nothing too flashy, but really beautiful timepieces.

Finally a real watch collector and not a rapper with tacky flooded watches that they have no idea about.

Henry Golding always comes across as a genuine humble guy.

His latest acquire is a Patek nautilus I think. Would love to see his latest collection with Hodinkee.

I love how his collection is humble but still well thought out.

I absolutely love it when one of these celebrity watch collection videos features the same watch as I own.

That last Cartier fits him well.

@@jeus_saaa True. If you ice out your watch after buying it will depreciate in value like the stock market in '08... All collectors prefer original watches and the factory won't even touch your custom watch if you bring it in for servicing...

@@jlim003 That's because most brands have different tiers in their collection. Like if you buy a below $1000 Seiko then obviously it will depreciate over time but a Grand Seiko won't. My opinion is if you buy a watch, don't go in expecting to make a buck, but buy it because you want to wear and own it for the rest of your life.

@@ttly1384 actually that depends. Spring drive does go down in value after 5 years of usage, since maintenance and sourcing of parts is not only expensive, but very scarce. Plus, the selling point of most grand seikos is the ultra-fine zaratsu polishing. So just wearing a GS will cause its value to depreciate because you are almost guaranteed to scratch the factory mirror shine polish.

I have that Seamaster Deville. I cannot recommend it highly enough for someone on a budget who wants a cool vintage watch. It’s only 34mm, but it wears bigger because of the lack of bezel. It really is a classic.

That Cartier Santos is not a Santos 100. The tell is the handset. It's the newer Santos (Large - as the Medium does not have the date window).

I noticed the same thing, it is the santos de cartier large. The handset, the lugs, and the bezel give it away.

That’s “Santos de Cartier” not “Santos 100”. I know they’re all confusing and look the same.

Tudor is highly overpriced, unlike Rolex it uses mass produced movements that are on sub $500 watches, they also hold no value in terms of investment.

They wore Piaget timepieces. Ryan Reynolds is ambassador for them and influenced the usage of their watches in this movie.

Yes and No, Yes on the Rolex part, but not on the AP part, as an owner of Cartier and Omega, i also appreciate Patek so much, it's just that it's still out of my league. my dream is to own Patek and Vacheron.

Great set of watches... preserves the heritage and history of the watch for the pieces of art they are unlike these diamond out Bustdowns used more as jewelry & clowns wearing 2-3 watches on the same wrist. Completely destroys the brand

Wouldnt consider him Malaysian. Caucasian name. Plus you can tell he grew up abroad cos of his Posh Accent. Still, I thought he was terrific in Crazy Rich Asians. Hope he does well in Hollywood.

im glad he's not in the Rolex segment, i swear Rolex is overused and overhyped ( sorry for Rolex lovers ), i love that he own a few Cartier, one of my 3 favorite brand in the watchmaking industry, Cartier, A.Lange&Sohne and Omega, the brands that i currently have in my collections too!

The tudor does have a Nick name. It is "black rose" due to it having the rose on the dial which was later replaced by the shield. This is actually a fairly rare tudor only made for less than 1 year and under $10,000 pieces. A real collector would know this.
