It’s definitely been difficult to self reflect because I constantly say to myself whyyy whyyy did I do it like that but I’m only saying that because the experience and what I learned gives me the knowledge to do it differently - it’s one of those circles I guess! But that’s also why I wanted to share my experience because people can see different methods! And thank you! I appreciate your kind words!

Naw....you're fine. That had to feel fabulous! She didn't move until you did. I would have liked to have seen ALL the fur come off....maybe to some music. It would be SO relaxing.... She's such a beautiful girl.

ASMR grooming would have been suuuuch a good video haha. She was so gross!

I haven’t read the other comments but I don’t think the expression on her face is bad at all. I am sure you have a much better view from your point but her ears were curious and relaxed. She stood still for this and she seemed to enjoy the “feel” of the comb. You’re giving her free will and doing this all at liberty and she is choosing to stand with you. Great job!

She is a stunning mare. I'd say brushing her was a positive experience....she didn't have to stand there
