For a seasoned Hennessy drinker like you, I bet you can immediately spot the difference between Kirkland XO Cognac and the Hennessy XO. Cognac has always been my cup of "tea", and my all-time favorite is Hennessy XO. Thank you for a fun-to-watch video!

The Kirkland XO is sweeter so it gives you a pretty bad hangover.

@@kbtang101 I lived in Seattle for 5 years when I worked for Microsoft in Redmond. My cousins are still up in White Center. Gonna be an interesting season for the Broncos!

I’ll admit, Kirkland XO is not bad at all. That Oh So Classic Season 3 is nice too.

You know what is funny? If you drink enough of the Kirkland XO you'll clearly know that it's much sweeter than the Henny. But it's also much smoother than the Henny VSOP.

My main question is the XO as good with a hangover as the VSOP

I haven't drank enough in one sitting to find out. However, I would think the hangover would be worst because it's a little sweeter than the Henny VSOP.

Granted I have not tried many cognac but these two are my favorites 👍

Kirkland XO cognac is one of my favorites, especially with a good cigar.

Agreed! Some of us like it with spicy Asian food. It mellows it out.

good review you should do 3 different ones instead of 2 so it will be more random..

Good idea. Think I'll do an XO blind tasting next.

I've actually done this test with my siblings. The Kirkland brand is too sweet for my taste. But it could also be that I'm bias. lol

It is a tad sweet for sure. Now that I've drank it enough I should be able to tell the difference! LOL

As I drink more of the Kirkland XO the more I can tell that it’s sweeter than the Henny. I don’t drink it much anymore.

blind testing is the only way to do it! preferably a triple blind.
