I love the tasting notes on the third one: Jules - burns, sour; Dutch - mellow, tropical, drinkable; delightful Dillon - sweet, ok… So it’s a mellow, burning, sour, tropical sweet drink.

Years ago I tried batch one and didn’t like it at all.

Why not let 1-4 breathe first,before drinking?

I got to try a generous pour of Louis XIII a few weeks ago on our anniversary. It was good, but wasn’t any better than the XO, in my opinion.
