HempTrain™ Advanced Hemp Processing Plant Facility Tour | Operation Demo- LICENSING SEE WEBSITE
Ғылым және технология
Take a peek inside CGT’s Calgary, AB HempTrain™ Advanced Processing Plant Production Facility. Join us on a tour of our commercial HempTrain™ facility for an in depth demonstration of how HempTrain™ operates from start to finish.
The HempTrain™ Advanced Processing Plant is the only hemp processing technology capable of separating whole-plant hemp feedstock into multiple high-value streams. A HempTrain™ can separate dry hemp feedstock into long, strong bast fiber, clean, size-specified hurd, and a nutrient rich green microfiber. Furthermore, it can process fresh/green hemp feedstock, separating and concentrating an Extraction-Ready Fraction for use as an CBD extraction feedstock.
Licenses are offered for production and distribution of HempTrain™. The life long, irrevocable license in North America, for a territory (state, country) with a population up to 20,000,000, is offered for a one-time, up-front $3.75M USD and includes supply of the first turn-key HempTrain™ (value $1.55M USD), full technology transfer, engineering training and on-going support. Each additional license for ANY territory world-wide will cost a one-time, up-front USD$1.75 M (HempTrain™ facility not included), if the additional territory is still “open” and the additional license is purchased within 2 years of purchasing the first, main License. There will be no royalty or alike whatsoever and no deferred payments. Licenses for territories outside of North America will be priced on the basis of their merits.

*Certain types of feedstock with a higher content of bast fiber (greater than 15% w/w) and longer bast fiber in length (greater than 3ft), as well as certain bale configurations may significantly affect the throughput capacity. Feed rate and manner of loading may change significantly depending on feedstock.

This looks great! We would love to chat about this machine and its potential for scaling quickly while pairing with paper pulping machinery. Our Mission is to dramatically reduce America's CO2 emissions by replacing trees, Portland Cement, petrochemicals, cotton, and coal-based products with the highest quality processed hemp, and this machine seems to be a good fit for that Mission.

I love it, you got this, Hi from Australia
A year later, I'm just now seeing this and wondering if the connection to the new hempcrete building blocks is already in place. I would LOVE to see us reclaim unprofitable farm land here in Minnesota and I could put one of these on little 5-acre parcels where hemp growers could share it to process their harvests for sale and maybe even connect to those markets from there if we could get on a train line (repurpose an old cattle line maybe).

A very well produced video. Host was innocent enough to be trusted. Not the average Salesmen persona. Only ruff spot is, what is going on with wardrobe. Hes clothes look like they were pulled out of the clothes pile at mums house. We can only hope it was the clean pile A workman overalls, with a Co pocket logo, would be a better choice. The college kid look he's dressed in is not creating any customer trust. Great machine and I hope you sell a profitable number for all the company families. I buy hemp made products when I come across them. I hope this machine brings growth to the hemp production, all around the globe.

I like that this machine is compact and doesn't need dust filters. And from what I see the installation is easy and fast. My question is how do you ensure there are no stones or metals in the hemp. And what is happening if there are?
The hemptrain looks like a very useful plant for doing multiple purposes of processing the Fulham plan wondering if it’s food grade ready and how does it compare to global hemp solutions decorticated
After I wrote this comment I didnt realize that the US does have hemp factorys but these products need to be in more stores and all water bottles need to be made of hemp that should be a law all the plastic needs to be made from hemp all of it
This is where it's at 👌
Can you use the final fibers to make papers or fabric?
the hammer mill fiber looks like it can be spun but the other one had huge chunks that would not spin am i missing something?
What shredder do they use? Is one that shreds that finely available separate from the assembly line machine?
One take, yeah thats neatly done GOOD! But supporting companion was bit far right, I mean from the camera... But no worries, I have got once very stupid question after presentation (new idea competition for startup support) from the Host. So I got my face to national TV with rolling eyes (they didn't show the presentation , didn't show the Host question and my answer! Only that tiny moment when I thought wtf he just asked, because it was just to get me down😏 didn't relate with my idea all..), I didn't get in and now 10 years later they're trying to find similar solutions😂😂 So I'm quite sure, that you will do better!! Good Luck

Incredible machinery. Except at what cost? Seems you you need investors onboard. Investors are basically a middlemen who drives the price of the product up. If farmers could get together and be grow, processing and direct to market they could get the price inline for us waiting to use these materials today. I have several uses but the price is way out of line. Get rid of investment groups. They are unnecessary narcissistic thieves. Instead, bring mass private resources together.
