Helping an Aggressive Rescue Horse, Mike Hughes, Auburn California

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

Never any Fault of the Horse, but when horses go through abuse sometimes they learn how to fight back and become aggressive. Even when the new owner rescues the horse the horse not knowing what our intent is will be aggressive towards us. Great quote. 'You can't change a horse's past but you can change their future.'

I cannot fathom people who abuse animals. She is a lovely mare and I am glad she has you to help her rebuild trust and confidence. I would like to see her progress, thanks for the video.

@@FOCHS5 Thanks for sharing how well she is progressing. I have a couple of rescue horses myself and it is challenging at times as I try to sort out their issues. It is always prudent to get help when needed, and Mike is top notch. Happy trails to you, I’m so glad this lovely girl has found a good home with you and your husband.😊

Mike. I have so enjoyed your videos. And your quote, yes you can change their future! We get horses out of tarheel feedlot in Madison NC. These are bottom of the barrel horses that were auction rejects. We rehab them and find them great homes. I get a lot of useful information from you in dealing with some of their issues. Not all we bail out have issues but some do, and they all get over it! Thank you for your inspired tutorials and your dedication to all horses.
