I work for a telecoms company in the UK the average lead time for a leased line is 45-90 days.. if they told you 45 it's because they were forcing you to buy it If they haven't done any work yet, look at metronet because they do wireless leased lines.. if your in the catchment area they can get you up and running in 14 days with a gig up and a gig down
