Thanks for the tip. Currently going through chemo and got my first real hair wig. Love the wig, but I'm completely clueless as to what I'm doing. Sometimes I just feel like crying. I think the density you were talking about is where I screwed up. There is so much hair, it looks like I'm from the 1960s about ready to go to some Go-Go dance. It's almost like a square shape. So then again... maybe it looks like I'm about ready to go square dancing 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

I wish she had talked about whether it’s a good idea to use the combs inside or install a band for a flatter look. Other than that. Great tips.

Hey, Thank you so much for watching. I personally do not like using the combs because they can be painful. However, using the combs also does not contribute to the flatness. Sometimes I forget it's even there.

It helps that my head is so big it takes a lot for my wigs to look like helmets but I also never buy more than 150% density and pay extra attention to where the combs in the wig are placed. There is some WEIRD placements in some of these wigs that make no sense at all

some people really need to accept that that might just be how their skull is legitimately shaped. alot of peoples skulls is flat in the front then progressively goes up higher, theres no changing that. and therefore your wig is never going to sit "flat" because your skull itself is not flat. ☠

Most Africans wigs look like helmets because society knows that the wig really isn't there hair. So really trying to make something fit in when you see it clearly doesn't in most cases isn't. So good luck with that.
