I love that kennadee always supports her sisters being the oldest and a role model. There is nothing to be embarrassed about like a period, I also started when I was 11 years old. I pushed myself through the pain like cramps.

For Delaynee maybe you could look into period underwear. Wish I had them when I first started my period because they are the easiest to use and great for sports. Added plus is that they are reusable, so more sustainable, and don't contain the same potentially harmful chemicals as single-use products

​@1slaxvlogs of course anyone can wear them :) For anyone that maybe isn't comfortable with their period yet (totally normal) the underwear doesn't feel like a "special" product. And for sports it's a more reliable and less noticeable alternative to pads, if one doesn't want to use tampons

Tampons work rlly well aswell but for her jus starting she could use lights or maybe regular

I got mine just before I was 10 and a half. I already was taught about it at 9. It's good that you ate being an amazing sister and talking to her about it. And Paislee is exactly 3 months younger them me.

I can't imagine getting your period so young, I got mine when I was 15 during summer, so quite late, but wow am I grateful. I hate them so much, but hey, its apart of life! It will all be worth it in the end.

This is amazing I wish I had an older sister to prep me for this also I got my period when I was 9 in the middle of the night I woke up with really bad cramps but I only found out it was my period the next morning bc I had really bad stomach aches as a child (I still do😢) but then I had my aunt (aka my best friend for life) and my mum help me get through it

I planned to have the period talk with my daughter the summer before she started high school(age 11). Never happened right before covid hit she woke up with it one morning and thought she was dying. I wish I'd had the talk sooner with her. You're an amazing big sister. I love the bond you all have

The cutest thing ever was when in Year 5 also known as 4th grade they were talking to us about female bodies and our teacher started talking about periods (the whole lesson for boys and girls was abt periods) and I found it adorable how when the girls were getting embarrassed some of the guys were saying “it’s ok!” And reassuring us that it’s fine and natural Then when the teacher was asking us questions the boys kept answering and even giving facts their parents had told them! That’s how you know you’ve raised a kid right ❤

it honestly feels fine. it's not a lot of blood when you first start it😊 the worst part is cramps but cramps only last the first few days

Those thin always brands are liners so u can’t wear them on ur period unless it’s really light. I recommend always size 4 or always pure cotton pads for heavy flow
