That part where Stolas collapses drunkenly into Blitz' arms - I haven't lost my dignity squealing like that since the first time I saw Diana the talking cat nestled in ChibiUsa's hair. So thanks for that.

6:59 Blitz's expression feels so different, than it turned out in the episode, more gentle in a way. Astonishing work overall)

I was literally just saying a couple days ago that whoever storyboarded their convo at the party deserved some kind of award. Now I know who that should be going to. The way the body language and POV's were set to perfectly suit every sentence; it was so well done and so impactful. I've replayed a bunch of scenes from this episode so many times since it came out, just impressed with how it was all set up and came together.

0:10 that scream 🤣

Oh I really like this, especially at 2:34. Because it's such a quick moment in the show I thought that Stolas was forcefully pulling away, I didn't realise that it was actually Blitz letting go on purpose. Good to know that little detail.

Can't believe just how good their dialogue is

It's been so fun finding out all my favorite scenes in these episodes are storyboarded by you. You clearly understand how to express emotion through body movements and make it very clear to the animators what are the important parts to focus on in these crucial moments. Thank you for putting so much passion and attention to detail into your work and sharing that with all of us.

Right!!! Makes me actually wonder if the male succubus (?) demon in question really *was* interested in Stolas, or if he realized that the demon Stolas was talking to was Blitz, and took him away to spite him

What I love about story board animation is how you can get a more intimate look on the character, Like 7:19 were you can see blitz’s thoughts, it’s so amazing! You’ve done wonderful♥︎

Your work is so impressive. I love how every line a character say is reinforce with a mouvement or action while always keeping the scene moving and interesting to watch. For exemple, when Blitz sits on the chair and say that people couldn't handle that he moved on he's saying for him it doesn't matter, how do you emphasise that ? well he cross his legs on the table and checks his nails, that's how much he don't care. Or when Stolas says that he tried so hard to see him and supports him, he points the book he's holding refering to his grimoire and the deal they had and how Stolas ended it by giving him the crystal. This is what makes the shows so good, this is two exemples but in reality like I said it's in almost every line the characters say to each other, the amout of details is amazing.

4:05 this scene was soooo good really hits you in the feels

Of course my favorite scenes in Apology Tour were storyboarded by my favorite Spindlehorse storyboard artist! I suspected it was you who included that jerk-off motion from Blitz in the opening conversation, I know from your work on the Addict video that you love that subtle jerk-off motion haha!

These boards are incredible. I was losing my mind about the compositions during the episode and seeing the boards just solidifies it. The use of the book as a focal point to help tell the story of these two's conflict (the romance novel/fantasy fairy tale) is so inspired! Thank you for sharing this with us, I'm going to spend way too much time studying it. :)

This was probably my favourite scene in all of helluva… stolas has so much emotion that both Bryce and the production team portrayed flawlessly… you did such an amazing job and I will forever be grateful for people like you who clearly love what they do and put a heck ton of effort into making this content ❤️

What a refreshing storyboard! Your spacial awareness in these scenes is rather remarkable. That begs the question: does the backround study come before or after the storyboard? I wonder if you've had refs of the places and simply placed the characters and made them act, or were actually given instructions and made the environment around them based on the acting you chose. This storyboard feels professional and very very easy to follow, well done!

well stolas does make a lot of comments about blitz being an imp throughout season one ("my impish little plaything") which blitz did take as demeaning (im assuming) and actively did protest against it but stolas isnt very self aware and saw this as flirtful banter and thinks blitz is into it (im assuming hes really not) stolas has good intentions,, hes just not very aware of the very real social gaps between him and blitz
