I love that we finally get a new character, one of the deadly sins no less, who didn't turn out to be a villain. And it's even more awesome that Vivziepop got her favorite singer (I'm pretty sure) Ke$ha to voice Beelzebub. That alone was definitely worth the wait.

Non of the sins haven’t been villains really, they are just doing their thing not actively tying to hurt people. Asmodeus was just enforcing his rules and being an entertainer, momentary antagonist maybe but he wasn’t a villain.

@@kabalan20 So far both rulers of rings have like a crown-shaped mark on them so I think it's safe to take that as a additional evidence.

Long story short, It was a copyright issue with the Cotton Candy song, Kesha has been having problems with her old producers claiming all of her stuff so a long legal battle was happening and it is what delayed this episode. Now that it's finally over and she has the rights to the song used, it can now be released and enjoyed without having DMCA interfere. Vivzie didn't want us to wait basically this long to watch it so that's why season 2 was given the green light to just go ahead and start.

Something I've noticed now that we've seen a few; the Sinner Overlords act like Mafia bosses and warlords fighting over territory (as do some Imps it seems), the Goetia act like classical hierarchy and image obsessed aristocrats, meanwhile the serious powerhouses the Demon Lords are all just running businesses and having fun and such and not really seeming to care about ranks too much. Charlie the princess of Hell has her projects (the Happy Hotel being the latest, and is dating a Sinner *Human soul*), Asmodius has his clubs and got something going on with Fizzoroli, Beelzebub is holding parties and dating a Hellhound who works for others, heck Mamon runs various businesses including a theme park; which really...while Hazbin Hotel made it seem like Lucifer was this angry entity...he also has his own theme park LuLu World; it might just be he has an attitude about Sinners that Charlie doesn't share.

Legal issues involving Kesha and the use of her voice and music causes this episode to be released late. I’m glad they got it cleared up because Kesha did and excellent job as Bee. She’s one of the rulers of Hell. The ring of Gluttony specifically. We should be seeing more eventually. So far we’ve seen: Lucifer: Hazbin Hotel, Charlie’s dad, ruler of the Pride ring. Asmodeus: Owner of Ozzy’s, a member of the Ars Goetia (like Stolas), and ruler of the Lust ring. Beelzebub (spelled Bee-lzebub in the credits): Ruler of the Gluttony ring and girlfriend of Vortex. Ones we’ve had referenced: Mammon: We’ve only seen silhouettes on the money at LooLoo Land but we know he looks like a jester. He rules the Greed ring. Satan: Ruler of the Wrath ring. Belphagor: Ruler of the Sloth ring which is where Loona got her shot, Stolas gets his happy pills, and where Bee steals her party drugs. The last ruler, Leviathan, hasn’t really been mentioned or referenced but that ring of hell is described as being a never ending ocean and we’ve seen some other beings in Hell with an aquatic design like the racist fish Karen and her kid at Loona’s appointment in the last episode.

I adore Beelzebub's design. I never would've expected her to be a fennec/bee/lava lamp hybrid with a rockin' body, but here we are. Rule 34 is gonna have a field day with her.

I mean, Lucifer is king of all of Hell, so he's the top of the top. Then there's his wife and daughter, followed by the deadly since, and then families like the Ars Goetia (Paimon, Stolas' father, is based on an actual demon with the same name who is closest to Lucifer) and then the Overlord (powerful mortal sinner such as Alastor) Then we have the sinners themselves, then succubi/incubi and other hellborn demons, with imps and hellhounds at the bottom.

@@theycallmebad The Overlords aren't actually supposed to be mortal souls, Alastor is an exception to the rule. Vaggie said in the pilot that no mortal soul had ever got as powerful as him before. Overlords like Valentino are hell born demons

Yeah Lucifer rules Pride, but he's way above the other Sins, hell, Lucifer isn't the embodiement of a Sin really, he's king of hell, the most powerful being in this universe (since God doesn't seem to exist as we can see in Hazbin Hotel), only the highest ranking Seraphims might match him, but it's not even sure

In case you’re wondering who Belphegor (the woman she mentions) is, she is the ruler of the Sloth Ring

Pretty sure this one was delayed due to copyright issues. Apparently Kesha's old manager or something was claiming all her music, I don't know all the details, but that situation just got cleared up recently I think, which could be why the episode just now released.

You gotta love Bee seems to be genuinely worried about Blitz and seems to actually like Loona there just a personality difference and Loonas defensive it's nice to see one the sins actually cares for those in the lower ranks

I like how Bee was genuinely worried about Blitzo since she could sense how he feels inside and it makes sense she's the embodiment of too much of a good thing and explains why she genuinely is nice

Bee was Beelzebub, living embodiment of the sin of Gluttony. Just like how Ozmodious was the embodiment of Lust. The Rulers of hell are the 7 deadly sins. Stoles and other nobility and below them, but still above most residents of hell, if this helps clear up any confusion

This is my new favorite character. And based on the astounding amount of art I saw _within an hour of the episode's release,_ I'm far from alone in that.

I also agree with Nikki, I think he would do anything for Moxxie and Millie. I think he is more protective of Loona, but I feel its cause he thinks of her in a Dad and daughter feel. Where as Moxxie and Millie are adults he cherishes. Like when Moxxie got shot by the humans, he wont leave him behind. If Millie or Moxxie really need him I bet he would not hesitater as well to go to them.

I mean in the episode people were drinking alcohol but she enlarged it she even made a giant bowl of punch for people to swim in and get drunk off of. She feeds off of people's gluttony their enjoyment their love of Life food and decadence. And by feeding off of that they're making honey for her. And also notice how she looks like a hellhound and it's a party for mostly full of hellhounds. She is deliberately making these parties so that people will get drunk and high enough to have children so that the parents can't take care of them so they send them to the hurt terrible kennels that we saw Luna in And the reason why she picked cotton candy because cotton candy sticks to your teeth it is the worst kind of candy to ever be created

Bee, is one of the rulers of the 7 rings of hell. She rules over the gluttony ring, like how Asmodeus rules over the lust ring. She’s basically one of the seven deadly sins and because of that is pretty strong. I’m not sure if she’s stronger than Stolas or not, but I’m gonna assume she is.

Since 7 deadly sins have higher rank then goishas (idk how to spell) she is definitely stronger then Stolas. Remember, after Lucifer and his family (Lilith and Charlie) 7 deadly sins are ghe most powerful begins in hell. Sorry for my garbage English.

Thought about mentioning this for a while but never really did. this show was first shown to me by a coworker that was becoming a rehab counselor. She also had a favorite serial killer. Both real and fictional. Which I learned in my area, that's apparently common in group therapy of "so hey, which psychopath is your favorite". One dude said Manson was a genius and all I could think was....what.

Funny tho that Polish version of bitch is suka which means also a female dog. Which makes Loona's question even more true if it would be Polish dubbing.

this episode was really Beautiful and I'm glad we get to meet text's girlfriend she looks fire and i hope we get more of loona and blitz moments

This episode is like a remake of one of Vivziepop's popular animations, a video for Kesha's song 'Die Young'. Fitting, as Kesha voices Queen B.

She's literally Queen Bee-lzebub. Lol. Love the design tho.

Gluttony for enjoyment, not gluttony to hide the pain. Bee is good people.

The reason why it came out so late may be because they had copyright issues because Keesha performed a song and did a character for them so they trouble getting it legalized so they didn't want everyone to wait so long for the next episode so they decided to release season 2 and wait to release season 1 episode 8 until they got it legalized that's the reason behind it hope this helps.

Queen Bee is hot. Yes, she's a ruler and princess of the Gluttony ring. She's got two roles just like Lucifer. She's the third strongest demon in hell

despite his attitude and treatment of the other members of I.M.P. he has proven time and time again he's willing to fight for them when it matters. the DHORK agents, Striker, Moxxie's dad, Ozzie's club, even against his own sister, he's willing to protect them even at his own expense (he could have stayed quiet at the club and gone unnoticed by Fizz and Verosika but he gave that up to stick up for m&m's relationship, he basically used himself as a meat shield to take the attention off of them)

So with Queen Bee we have met 2 deadly sins. Lust and Gluttony I believe. We've also been to the Greed, Lust, Sloth, Wrath, and Gluttony rings now. I want to say Imp city is in Pride but not fully sure. I am so vibing the song, Ke$ha is awesome. I also love how she doesn't feel villainess, just a good host. Though it seems she feeds off party energy so she probably likes people having a good time over all. I also love how even when drunk Blitz seems gentle with Loona.

Only ring we haven't seen yet is Envy. We've seen two Lords of Hell (Ozzie and Bee) and Lucifer was mentioned.

Bee-lzebub might or might not be the third highest in the ranking of hell, or at least one of seven of the leaders of all of hell's rings at a minimum, so very powerful.

Fun fact: Ke$ha voiced Queen B, she wrote the song Cotton Candy, but she did NOT voice the song. (idk why, just something I noticed in the credits) B is one of my favorite characters so far. She seems like she genuinely cares for those around her, despite being the queen of indulgence. Showing that not all sinners are bad people, some of them just fell no shame in the life they lived.

So I watched the episode you're about to watch. It doesn't seem to immediately affect the storyline. Now it might come into play later on in season 2 butthey did have legal issues surrounding the episode and legal issues are not dealt with quickly. coming out there's no new money coming in. I'm just glad that we were able to get season 1 episode 8 the first place.

Yes she is one of the seven lords that rule a ring ranking high than Stolas or most of his family the Goetia and likely much more powerful. Her is the ring of Hell in the show the ring of Gluttony as she is based on the demon on the Demon Beelzebub King of gluttony and Lord of the Flies originally a demonized pagan god by the church (like many other demons) was also used as one of the names used for the devil. Later classified as his own demon one of the oldest strongest demon and one of the seven princes that embody one of the seven sins.

The demonic embodiment of Gluttony herself, Beelzebub. Lucifer, Asmodeus and her are revealed so far. Only Mammon, Leviathan, Satan and Belphegor have yet to make their debuts.

I also think that the reason it didn't come out when it should of had a lot to do with them trying to post the episode with Kesha's voice singing. But youtube and kesha's former producer/abuser's lawyers threatened to sue if they released the episode featuring her singing. I think it all has a lot to do with her contracts and what she is still not allowed to do. But thats my guess. I don't think anything confirms this that we know of yet. Even Loona's voice actress I noticed took a break for personal reasons. There's been a lot of obstacles for this episode to come out, it seems. I hope the team is doing better. This is such an amazing production company.❤

Actually, some depictions of Beelzebub do depict him as a bee, though these depictions are much less common than his normal depiction which is that of a fly. So Viv definitely did her homework in that regard. Her being a hellhound was a surprise though

The song was awful, every other vocal one we had was amazing and I do not like the design for the Gluttony Deadly Sin, it just doesnt sit or feel right and I was hoping we got to see more of the Ring itself, worst episode and the first one I honestly consider it that.

I adored Beelzebub/Queen Bee's design! 🧁It was also just a really refreshing twist that she *wasn't* portrayed as the stereotypical "b!tchy/snobby girlfriend" to antagonize Loona. Yeah she's *extremely* extroverted and overshare-y with people she's just met, and sure she can get a bit "spicy" when provoked, but even though she's the embodiment of gluttony and overindulgeance, she has enough of a moral code that she can recognize and throw the brakes on whenever she senses that someone is partaking in gluttony for *destructive* reasons and not just having a good time. Like I'm sure she *could've* kept going in the drinking contest or even just turned a blind eye to Blitzø's behaviour, but she cared enough to approach Loona and ask her to at least check in on him. She's shown to always be thinking about the well-being and enjoyment of everybody partying with her, which is amazingly benevolent for an embodiment of one of the Seven Deadly Sins. TL;DR Bee gives off Cool Big Sis vibes and I am 110% here for it, Long Live the Queen! 👑🐝🍯
