I like how both of the characters have a problem with their eyes. The female has an eyepatch, which I assume is because she can’t see through that eye, and the male needs glasses because he has horrible vision. I like that because it’s different compared to other character models in the hello neighbor franchise.

his name isn't Ike, the developers confirmed Ike was not his name and it was later revealed as Quentin as you can see in game, also it is a crow not a raven and it's name is The Guest

And the fact that he's weak and kinda scared of Smith that's why he doesn't fight back unlike Beatrix who smacks her elbow in Smith's face

i think the guy guard is arron (the neighbors son) and the girl one is mya (the neighbors daughter) mya might have survived the fall back then, thats why she has the eye patch. they might have changed their names to try to forget what happened.
