I don't know what touches me more - Kaveh's story or how the Genshin community unanimously expresses their sympathy for him in so many different ways. Draws art, creates videos and so on. Seriously, this character has such powerful support that despite all his misfortunes, Kaveh can be considered lucky)

I was this close from full on sobbing and then THE DESERT FOXES SHOWED UP and I choked on my saliva BUT THEN THE VIDEO CONTINUED and in the end I teared up😔❤ This must have took so much effort!! I can't even imagine the backgrounds 😭 but it turned out so wonderfully heartwarming!! Thank you for sharing this with people around the internet, I'm sure it means a lot for everyone that really cares for Kaveh, for everyone that really relates to Kaveh, and for everyone that simply adores your artstyle and just how you're able to make people feel your drawings through your storytelling❤

thank you! since discovering the existence of Kaveh (first his design then his lore) i decide to do an animatic for him! I love this character so much that i need to do it! ;)) Tbh the part where the desert foxes show up wasn't planned! i was supposed to put them at the end but there was a void in the middle of the video and i didn't have drawings for this part (and it was already really late and i needed to finish it bc i wouldn't have the occasion to finish it during the day) so i just put them here, it's like the commercial break during episode except that's not really that (also even though doing the backgrounds was a pain, it didn't took me that long (only one afternoon) and i think the video looks really good with them!!) @@C7arisse Holy that's amazing!! I completely agree that the backgrounds gave the entire animatic even more of a polished look! Also not me gushing about your backgrounds but can I just say that I absolutely love how "shapey" they are? Like they do not stand out too much keeping the focus on the characters which just works so well! (Seeing the foxes scene as a commercial break is hilarious, you think you're ready for what comes next but you really aren't)

@@salmonettechan there are shapey!! unlike when i drew the characters, for the backgrounds i didn’t even make a sketch and did it all with shapes and the lasso tool!! i didn’t wanted to take too much time doing them and i didn’t really wanted them to attract the eyes! the main focus needed to be on Kaveh!!

I love this song and I never realized how much it fits Kaveh. The line "I want to find a home and I want to share it with you" UGHHHHH. I think you did an amazing job capturing all of Kaveh's stories and the stages of his life. The pain of losing everything and everyone important to him and how incredibly tired he looked at the vision scene - your expressions are so well done! I love your artstyle and all the little details you put into this (like the taped-together thesis). The ending note of hope is definitely something I needed after those feels ;-;

that's why i used this version of the music, i saw some people say that this version is like if someone looked at what they were and what they've become since, that this version sounds more peaceful and i think it was something Kaveh needs for his story, bc little by little, he will accept that his father's death wasn't his fault.

I relate so much with this character, I can't explain how much I love him, he is my place of comfort

he is the most realistic character in genshin i think, he struggles with things like a real person, his life isn't perfect and neither he is but that's why he is such a great character :))

Merci beaucoup! J'avais lu le lore de Kaveh (en leak j'avoue tout...) avant qu'il sorte et je voulais vraiment en faire une animatic, c'est vraiment par hasard que j'ai réécouté cette musique et que je me suis rappelée que, plusieurs fois, le lore de Kaveh mentionnait le thème de la maison et que par hasard cette musique en parlait! Et puis tout s'est imbriqué, si je m'arrangeais bien les parties de la musique pouvait marcher avec des parties de sa vie et voilà le résultat!! Vraiment je suis contente du résultat (et de mes fonds au final, parce que même si j'ai détesté les faire (en plus je les ai tous fait en 1 aprem) et bah ça rend quand même vachement bien avec ;))) Au plaisir de te revoir sur ma prochaine animatic

God this- this is so beautiful in many ways I just cannot describe. I LOVE the subtle change of colors before and after he met Alhaitham and others, from dull colors to more vibrant ones, perfectly showing the lack of warmth he felt during childhood vs now with his friends. it was one of the lines making me go "i love this song so much" (also i was like "it's perfect for Kaveh:!!!!")

An instant tearjerker. For once I could truly understand professor Kaveh. Every emotion he felt, every decision he ever made. Thanks to this video I finally understand it all and I could feel it all within this broken heart of mine. After all i've experienced something similar and maybe that's why I look up to Kaveh so much. In a way his story is a light for me. Now that i've suffered so much darkness with it getting worse over time his overzealous passion and pride for the arts, something that I had given up on a year or two ago, reminded me how to love art and the world again. He really is the Light of Kshahrewar. Heh he is so much like my old teacher I miss dearly. "What is the true meaning of art?" I use to didn't care about this question, to me art has no meaning as it's up to the person making and viewing it to give meaning. A mentality akin to Sachin and opposing to Kaveh and thanks to this architect, now this question haunts my mind too. I do not know the true answer to this question and maybe no one will. I do know that Kaveh has given me meaning. I now hope to one day take classes in architecture, design, art, and writing to help aid me on my art/writing journey. If i'm really lucky I would achieve my old *dream* of becoming a professional artist. When that day comes, i'll say hello to my old heart once again.

Encore une fois. Encore une vrai pépite. Tes animatics sont rares et espacé mais tellement précieux. Que ça soit les musiques, toujours très à propos et bien choisi, ou la mise en scène, ou la narration. On sent que tu y mets tout ton coeur, et on le voit. Merci, ça me fait toujours plaisir d'avoir des retours sur mon travail sachant que je prend 150 ans pour sortir une nouvelle vidéo ;)) Je ne connais pas du tout School Bus Graveyard (après faut dire que je lis pas vraiment de webtoons) mais je suis passé voir le style de dessin et je peux voir la ressemblance (même si je pense que c'est plus lié au fait qu'on colorie tous les deux nos lines sans faire trop d'effets d'ombre et qu'on a un trait sans pression ;))

Une nouvelle fois, une animatic magnifique et si plaisante à regarder. Un plaisir de voir tes dessins et ton style qui personnellement j'aime énormément. L'effort que tu as fait avec les décors donne une sensation plus "vivante" à la vidéo. La chanson est si douce et les paroles si belles, elle ajoute à l'ambiance général puis surtout les paroles résonnent bien au personnage de Kaveh. Thank you! Sometimes i read the lore of a character and it's better than i expected (wich was the case for Kaveh's lore except my expectations were already super high), and idk how to explain it but all his stories were really great, and the one about his vision was easily one of my favorite part of them (i can't even explain why i loved his lore sm!) :)) I love incorporating small details that people who had read the lore can see and be like "oh it's a reference about this part!" but i also like of the lore is not that detailed and allows me to put my headcanon in it! Thank you so much for watching this little video and commenting!

But regardless, things are finally looking up for him, after all, he called their house “home” in his letter :]. Merci! J'ai grave aimé imaginé les tenues de Kaveh (ma préféré est sûrement celle dans laquelle il obtient sa vision!) même si j'ai essayé de ne pas trop les détailler (parce que déjà les tenues de base de Genshin Impact sont chiantes à dessiner, alors si en plus je me rajoutais des tenues compliquées à faire ça n'aurait jamais fini...) :DD Et un autre gros merci! J'espère que t'aimeras aussi mes futures vidéos (bien que pour le moment je n'ai aucune idée, je ne sais même pas si ça va encore être une animatic sur Genshin Impact ou si je change de registre avec un autre fandom, et surtout avec quelle musique et personnage, parce que vrm j'adore dessiner le lore des personnages mais il faut que j'en trouve qui m'inspire et qui corresponde parfaitement avec une musique!) voilà un énième merci si tu as lu tout mon blabla

@@C7arisse Hehe oui ils n'y vont pas molo sur leurs tenues en général, mais c'est ça qui est cool aussi avec le jeu et sa conception ! Et encore, je trouve que tu fais un super bon travail pour tes vidéos. On voit l'investissement, vraiment. Je suis branchée Genshin actuellement, mais ça peut très bien changer comme le contenu que tu pourras proposer à l'avenir, mais pour ton travail, j'ai hâte de voir la suite et aussi potentiellement découvrir les nouvelles oeuvres/histoires/personnages que tu pourras nous présenter à travers tes animations :) Merci aussi pour avoir pris le temps pour lire mon commentaire également :3
