Thanks for the very kind comment! This means a lot to me to hear it. Enjoy!
Thanks a million, bro. You are THE Delta Blues teacher!
I just downloaded your E-Books. My God you are a legend, I'm so suprised your channel isn't far more popular. Thankyou soooo much brother.

Cool. Channel is low tech so it drives away lot of people. BUTTT, the free ebooks is where it's at. What do you think of the E-Books? Easy to understand? Hope it's working for ya. This music is not popular so it makes sense this channel is low visibility.

@@DeltaLou It’ll take time for me to explore them thoroughly. The Robert Johnson stuff has recordings which are necessary to listen to in order to hear what the various parts of music, which the tab represents, actually sounds like. I think it would be worth mentioning this in the commentary. It’s really important to hear the music that one is actually trying to get in working with the tab. With the Finger Picking Exercises E-Book I think it would be great to have audio examples on one or two recordings that are downloadable from Bandcamp or some other site that’s easy to download audio from. However, I’m mostly glad to have the Robert Johnson E-Book at this point. It’s awesome how your freely sharing your efforts with this music.
you explain everything in such good detail thank you
I just looked at this today. Man I love how you break it down. Very helpful. I just got a new resonator and have been messing with Open G. Just tuned to Open E and have about 20 minutes of your video down pat. I never comment on videos, but I had to shout out some thanks!

I don't. I am not in loop with technology. But also the work is hard. The vids and tabs required so much work.

Great lesson. I'm just starting to learn this style of playing so I appreciated the other players you mentioned and the extra resources.

Great! If you are just starting out, start with my videos on Mississippi Fred McDowell, then Son House. They are super easy, and will prepare you for the more challenging artists out there. Robert Johnson is pretty advanced...
