Helle Viking vs Sigmund 77 field test.
I took the Helle Viking and Sigmund to Sweden and did some carving.
I hope it helps if you think of buying either or both of them.
There is a small mistake in the specs. The Viking is the bushcraft and the Sigmund the Allround. Like I said in the video.

Looks like the viking has a thicker blade, which I think is the cause of the food prep/cutting portion not being it's strong suit. Thanks for the comparison, bringing sense to my impulse to buy a knife today lol

The Viking is 0,7mm ticker :)

Which knife cuts better? The one you sharpen better.
Have a look at making feather sticks by both Mors Kohanski or Paul Kirtley (they're both good instructional videos).
