@@Bloodstop The runes you focus onto tell a particular story in order at each chapter of the game. There's usually 5 runes each chapter I believe. You must not be listening to the whole thing and wander off before Druth finishes talking.

Man I'm speechless....this game has such a great story line. The lore, her hauntings, her fears, finding her loved one, overcoming darkness all of it is so so SOOOO well done.

Boy... There's some really good acting in this game. I'm impressed.

this game is a trip through the hell of a shattered girl's mind. so freaky! great fighting, Brad, by the way!

The Sea of Corpses is probably the most epic scene + the lightsaber! 10/10

The section starting at 11:03 was bloody amazing. I loved playing that part, even the music starting at 12:53 was damn epic. Gets even more epic at 15:42. I had goosebumps while playing this section. Each time I thought it was over, there were just more enemies, and multiple strong ones. I felt good when I got through it.

She doesnt look at the camera because you are her. You cant make her look into the camera anymore than you can look at yourself without a mirror. You are hearing and seeing everything she does, you are not spectating.

It's a nice thought but we are pretty much just spectating (aside from the fact that the player controls her as in every game). We see her in third person so it's not really like being her.

The whole idea for the game is to experience the world from the perspective of a person with physcosis. Thats why the voices are coming from a 360 angle and your seeing puzzles where there normally is none. The game devs made a documentary about how they made this with a focus on people with mental illness, you should watch it, it explains her world and what she sees much better.

Nnemicvids A good game doesn't need a documentary to understand it. It's like if, the days after the release, Hello Games decided to make a documentary on No Man's Sky saying "We made a psychological multiplayer, it is all about the experience and the feelings, not the content".

This game is amazing, the audio, visual, everything. Masterfully done. And great to see you play through it Brad, thank you :)

I had a theory that her schizophrenia is the darkness and senua is on a death bed and the Illness is slowly taking over her mind . Hence the Voices, The apparitions, the hallucinations and flashbacks . Oh and can't wait for finale Keep doing what you do best Man, Love your Content .

Actually I have noticed the same thing with other third person games where the character turns their head when you pan the "camera" around the front to try and look them in the face. It must be part of the game's programming where the character's orientation is linked with that of the camera. Like when you move, the camera automatically orients itself to face forward, because that's where the character is looking, where you look, the character looks, and vice versa. Some games have the character and the camera move independently of each other, where one stick is character movement and the other is camera movement.

I had only realized before that if you push the shield enemies with O (PS4). You can actually fight them much easier.

Another trick I picked up, is to reposition yourself so you line them up. Then use your focus and heavy attack, hitting multiple enemies at the same time and staggering them.

This is turning out to be a pretty amazing game, well done to the developers. If I had to criticize anything shown in this particular video I'd say two or three too many enemies present, from an outside perspective it sort of feels like they bog down the pace of the game. Having said that I can't say for sure until I play it and maybe there is some symbolic reason for there being so many.

I just can't get into this game..but I support you Brad. I will watch any video you put up

In replaying this now after finishing Senua 2 I dont know yet which one is better on story teller and immersive game

It shows you going out of that one room but not into it but yet when you come out it's lit up I can't figure out how can you light the hanging basket thing in that room to illuminate it

Also alternatively you can just wait for sometime and you have to fight onyl the last guys. Which i found out just now.

Its crazy how you never use the kick button on the guys with the shields.

Guys with an axe as big as you tries to hit you, parrying with a sword absolutely seems the right thing to do

People take this game to a way too far level... There's theories about simple details now? Senua's face follows your mouse so that she looks the way you're looking... Unfortunately she can't turn her head 360° to look behind. End of the theory.
