It's the best light tank. Definitely A Tier for its class. Only downside is it's tendancy to spin and nose dive.

The Stewie is super underrated. 100% the best light tank in the game (the MG in the driver's position alone guarantees that). For 100 fuel, it's a damn bargain. Great to see you discovering it!

I love the Stuey... Great to solo in, great to hit the point first and wreck some infantry.... great to get behind the lines when all hope is lost and wreck some garry's and annoy the three Panthers that have been wrecking your team the whole game.

Not played enough HLL to know what it's like there, but in company of heroes it's an absolute monster of an early game tank. Fast enough to chase down and kill any armoured car, and armed with a brutal canister shot that can take out entire squads.

It all depends on the crew and how they play it...😮

While I will use a 76 when it is necessary, I often find myself asking commander for a Stuart instead, even when the competition is panthers. The 76 requires movement that tends to be more predictable, and when you are spotted, everyone will focus you. Use the Stuart the same way you would do a scumbag back-line anti-tank squad, turning off your engine and camping choke points, and actively predicting where/when they will spawn a tank in their base so that you can potentially kill it before it is even manned.

Your team work and communication is impeccable, well played soldiers.

Great gameplay, i'll put the M5 on the B tier as much, usually C with an average crew if not D.

It’s a good tank if you play aggressively on the backline and keep on the move. It has its place and the low cost to replace is good. You can do sneaky shit and take out the big boys but that’s only viable if you have marks and comms. Given how unreliable team work is the tank can’t be a S tier it has the potential to be if everything works out but most of the time your still better off taking the big boy out

Great play

I regularly solo the Stuart and average at least 70 kills a match. It really is a great tank. Super fast and it packs a punch with a lot of ammo.

S tier? No. Fun AF? Hell yeah brother!

T70 and Stewie are great. Lux is good but its a infantry support sadly rather than a light tank.

Stuart is at least an A tier tank. Near impervious to the German light tank, able to challenge PzIVs, fast and durable against Infantry based AT, and a shitload of ammo. If I didn’t prefer the durability of heavies, I’d play the Stuart more than the Sherman 76

the light tanks have so much drop compared to the heavies and mediums, kinda wild... for some reason the AP rounds seem to drop more than the HE rounds do. I have always known the recon tank does this but I didn't realize the light tanks were kind of the same, because that first shot you took looked like it should have been dead on. if you were in a medium or heavy it would have connected i bet.

Well to be fair the size of the guns on them differ. So even in RL they would have more of a drop.

All tanks are pretty ineffective in comp. 5+ AT guns and 15 bazooka guys means you just have to sit way back and snipe. Not a particularly fun way to play the game and just highlights that the game was not designed with comp in mind.

Hell I think B is even to much. I mean I 1 shot them all the time with rockets. It has it role. It is a outside skirmisher, Not a main battle tank. Though to be fair it is better then the Lux. It is the best of the light weights for damage but loses to speed from Greyhound and Puma.
