Until recently with the 13.5 'update'.

Once you get into the groove of the game and have good squad communication there really isn't anything like this. The maps are great and so real. The sound design is nuts and the whole thing really sucks you in. I can't even play other shooters anymore.

All I play is this and tarkov. Nothing else comes close.

i swear the whole enemy team looks for me every game, even the artillery cant get out of spawn more than 30 seconds rating the game 100 ptsd out of 10

Hehe sometimes my desire for good content gets the better of me

The moment that sealed this game as a new favorite was creeping alone through the canals on Utah Beach with an M1 carbine, and getting into close quarter firefights with a squad of Germans. I must have taken out 5 in 15 seconds. I was almost shaking towards the end because I didn't know if there were more and the anticipation of seeing another STG44 barrel slowly peak through the reeds right in front of my face was real. I think it was the 4th day of playing the game.

9:28 *HLL in a nutshell*

During a US Defense match, the other team steamrolled our first 3 points. While everyone else ran back to defend, I just laid in a ditch for a few minutes. Popped up, and wiped out a whole garrison with 15 people, then proceeded to get 6 more while fighting my way back to the front line, all with a BAR. Only thing that stopped me was that I ran out of ammo

After those other two clips where you warn people, I expected the moment where you warn me and say something like - "There's a guy with a shotgun in the grass!" I die to the guy with a shotgun - "Yup there was!"

Rising Storm 2: Vietnam is your best bet. Amazing game, still has people playing it. Put about 500 hours into it myself
