True. The realistic death animation can also be an advantage. When I get shot at, I simply just prone and don't move for some time. Then the guy who shot at me thinks he got me.

He must have an low texture quality.. The textures shouldn't look like that at high graphics

One detail I find annoying to watch: when you are aiming through the scope, the whole screen is zoomed in, even outside of the scope lens. Not to mention, everything stays in focus. For being a game that strives to be realistic, this could be done much better.

@@Zygonne yeah, personally the way I view it as is that when you’ focus’, while playing as presumably a trained sniper, elite or not, you are quit literally zoning the world out and just focusing on that scope. But I also get what your saying because unless your eye is right next to it you wouldn’t see this way (obviously that would break your eye socket, check one, etc.) but I just think of it that way because it personally to me is just cooler

I remember when this released on PS5. Thought it looked amazing. Forgot about it until I was looking for something to play yesterday. Fun but my go to role in games large map games like this is sniper. There only being 2 sniper teams and me playing alone is an absolute killer for me. May just download BF2042 so I can use a rifle lol.

How do you become a sniper in this game? I have played this game for several months, but never had the opportunity to be a sniper. Looks like there is only 1 or 2 sniper slots, and they are always full.

@@MK_2023. the way they implement it is rlly bad but it makes sense, it sort of forces you to use a spotter. Me and my friend today just created locked recon squads and alternated who got to snipe each match. If you’re rlly desperate to play it, get a friend. There wasn’t a single match where me and my bud weren’t able to get the sniper role.

@@MembersOfHistory glint happens only in certain circumstances, it's the reflection of the sun on the lenses directly in your eyes and it's dependant on your angle of vision, position of the sun, clouds, position of the rifle and basically can be avoided by sitting in a shadowed spot... the one they implemented in battlefield is just a plain stupid gimmick to nerf snipers.

Then there’s the boots (4 lbs) the trousers (2 lbs) the jacket (3 lbs) helmet (3 lbs) canteen (7 lbs) entrenching tool (3 lbs) field bag (2 lbs) radio (16 lbs) gas mask (4 lbs) batteries (15 lbs) frag grenades (1 lbs each) and we haven’t even got to the damn ammo which would be another roughly 20 lbs & the rifle which would be another 10 lbs. And this is just a normal rifleman, why do you think so many drowned on d day..

They're still updating it. The scopes used to be harder to see through but now the issue is that they're too clear and the cross hair moves around but I'm sure they're aware and working on it

Two different games. HLL is a tactical shooter, you go on 50 vs 50 with different classes and a single commander that tries to coordinate the entire team. You are always on voice chat. You die easily, depends on the guns but most times 1-3 shoots is enough. You can’t go running trying to kill everyone, you’ll die. Enemies are harder to see, big openfields. A lot of fun, but it’s a slower game.

the fact the crosshairs arnt even part of the scope. It’s literally an overlay over the scope. Watch when it recoils you can see the crosshair doesn’t move the scope does. You’ll never be able to unsee it

To play with the sniper is a mirage in this game and I hate it, you must have a friend willing to do the spotter... the only time I could use it was when I was faster than another dude at getting in the squad, I was immediately kicked by his friend ofcourse but I got to keep the sniper rifle as long as I was alive...

Sniper is easy and you don’t need any spotter? I can get consistent 30 kill games without and communication with the Spotter. Only problem is guess is that there can only be two and everyone wants the sniper, not spotter so you do (As you said) pretty much get kicked instantly.

@@seaharrier6509 you need a spotter as in "the first who creates the squad becomes the spotter" so basically you need someone willing to create the squad to be a sniper yourself, thing which usually randoms don't do.

Just started HLL to play as a sniper..just to realize that it is actually impossible to play as a single sniper...either slots are full or when creating a sniper unit you cannot be the sniper yourself...WTF So I can only watch let plays...cool^^

I play on PS5. I cross play between PS5 and PC/Xbox and PC is an available option, although it really doesn’t need it. Almost every player I come across is on PS5. I play in Oceania servers, probably the second least busy, and I still find a full match within 30 seconds. Low stock of PS5/Xbox Series is just because everyone buys PS5/Xbox Series and so they have sold all of their stock. Doesn’t mean no one has them.

How come it isn't in the Xbox store ?
