puppy lover10 hi! I’m a college acting professor. One of the first things you learn in acting training is to play actions, not emotions. Actions are verbs. So instead of “I’m going to try to be sad on this line”, try appealing to the audience, or beating up on yourself, or condemning Hermia, or charming Demetrius. There’s no single right choice to make! Play around until you find actions that fuel you and that your director likes!
