Oh my God - bring back the 70’s. So much amazing music and singing talent. Today’s “singers” can’t touch that talent. Helen R was amazing. Her beauty and voice were captivating. She Was Woman!!
My favorite Helen Reddy song. I play it at least once a month. That line "... and I can wait for fate to bring around to me any part of my tomorrow, tomorrow." That is the epitome of being at peace.
I believe that this rarely air played gem, was her finest piece.

The singers of today can t touch her voice no autotune here pure talent, all class sing with the angels RIP
Can't believe this fine and beautiful Aussie is actually gone. Her voice will live on as will her wonderful memory.
This came on the radio today. Hadn’t heard it since the 70s. Thank you Hellen Reddy for sharing your talent and spirit
When I'm feeling blue I listen to this and I always feel better.
RIP. songbird. Yours was among the sweetest and purest of voices. We will remember you.

Amen... She was the voice of my childhood in my inspiration to sing.
This must be 1973 because this tune came out in 1973 and that same year, Bobby Darin passed away after coronary surgery in December 1973! This is my favorite song by Helen Reddy! Sadly it's a forgotten gem!

Agree.......This is a beautiful song......."I am Woman was also a great song".......Her 2 best.. Well i wasn't sure if "I don't know how to love him", was an original by her as that is a great song also and she sings it well......From Jesus Christ Superstar...But i believe it was sung first by someone else..Yvonne Elliman...I could be wrong though.....Helen was a pleasure to watch singing....

How wonderful to see Bobby Darin and Helen Reddy at the same time!
That voice! Awesome!!!
Good Bye Sweet Angel. You are now where it is always 'Peaceful'

Still holds up. Great song. Great singer. So sorry to hear of her passing.
Wow. She sounded almost 100% as in her studio version. Not many singers can do that. Check her out on KZread videos from about 8 years ago. She was in her early 70s (she even tells the audience she is 7 years old) and sounded fantastic. RIP Helen Reddy.
Rest In Peace, Helen Reddy. Thanks for all the music.
Helen had such a lovely voice, and the musical arrangements/orchestrations to the songs she sang were so complex and beautiful!

Had Helen still has a wonderful voice saw in concert in 2013 and her voice hadn't change l was amazed on how beautiful her voice sounded for her early seventies
talented woman. one my favorites by her.
Goodnight, fair lady. Thank you for entwining your music within our hearts and souls. Rest, for you have given your gift of song.
See ya Helen. Thanks for all the great music
Amazingly talented lady.
What a pretty lady with an incredible voice.
She will be missed. Her songs have a meaning we can still apply today.
God! I remember in High School in the mid 70's all of our rock and roll friends were in love with Stevie Nicks and Ann and Nancy Wilson from Heart, and Linda Carter Wonder Woman, and Charlies Angels, and Marcia Brady, and Barbara Eden, etc..Maybe..But I Thought Helen Reddy, Toni Tenille, and Karen Carpenter were knockouts, and they sang so great too....But you couldn't tell your friends..lol...frankm62yearoldwhitekid rockfan

Lovely song and singer.
What a beautiful wonderful woman in song.
Poor Bobby Darin. Left us way too soon at 37. He actually lived 16 years longer than had been diagnosed after contracting yellow fever in his youth.

Love this tune it`s got a nice kick into the chorus.
just effortless.. i play this every morning when i wake up....
Love
Georgie fame reached 16 in the UK CHART with this classic and this version did well in the billboard chart but just listen to lyrics great
RIP
RIP :*(
I heard that song over Biloxi radio in 1986.
This couldn't have been long before Bobby's untimely passing. From an era when a few musical performers tried their hand at variety(Tom Jones, Bobby Vinton, Tony Orlando and Dawn and of course, Sonny and Cher). You can't deny the quality. However, unless it's on a top 20, this date in 197_, radio doesn't know what to do with pieces like this these days(except maybe for limited range AM stations).

Fueron pocos éxitos pero muy bien
This is a cover of Ken Rankin's song. I like this one better I think. It's funny how they had to change the second verse due to the fact that a woman was singing it. Rankin's version says: "I had a son while on the run And his love brought a tear to my eye And maybe someday he'll up and say That I was a pretty nice guy, oh my." But Helen's says: "I had a song while on the run And it's love brought a tear to my eye And maybe someday you'll up and say We had a pretty nice time, oh my." I guess in the 70s, a woman couldn't have a son while on the run. Would make her look morally corrupt. Still love this song though. Hardly ever hear it. RIP Helen Reddy.
Was that Bobby darin introducing
This song was better on her album. They have sped it up too much in this version. Oh well! Still good.

My thoughts exactly. The album version was more "peaceful". I liked the sultry twisting of her voice in this piece.
......💋☺️
Helen was very pretty at this time in her life. This song, although not written by her, was a good song for her talent. She did this song better than the guy who wrote it, as it seemed to bring out her talent.
Helen Reddy never appreciated by her native country the media or the people unlike Olivia Newton John Australia never really took to Helen I’m not sure why but I do know Helen was disappointed that she was not appreciated in Australia for her USA success
When the morning comes You won't drink anymore wine. There's nothing peaceful where you went
