My guess is thats the reason they are not selling
I would rather have small cottages or cabins with some land in different places I love throughout the world than huge obsene mansions. One at the beach, one in the mountains near skiiing/ ice fishing/trout fishing/hunting and one near fresh water lakes & water falls with horses.
These people make way too much money 😊
such places are remnants of a bygone era - nobodys interested in them anymore when the prospect of starting over on another planet seems more logical - thats the insanity of our species
