@@morrishellgrn Hela is definitely not a billion years old. Thor was stated to be 1500 years old and Hela was just an older sister. Even Odin is very unlikely to be that old cause Loki clearly said a lifespan of an Asguardian is roughly 5000 years old( Odin says even he borns, lives and dies, and Loki replies saying except it takes 5000 years). So Hela is roughly 2000-2500 years old in my book.

To make it simpler: The Ancient One has already looked into the future and knows all outcomes. She already knows how to defeat Hela.

SarkasmaTV the Ancient one easily stops the Hulk, deflected aliens attacks and themselves, knows what's going to happen in the future. But let's ignore all of that.... what evidence do u have that she can't react to that level of speed? Dr.Strange who is just like her was fast enough to prepare spells and cast them each time Thanos attached him with the IG, fast enough to react to a huge tsunami. And in Ragnorak even Thor couldn't comprehend to Strange's reality/space shifting abilities... Please, the Ancient One is just as fast as Wanda, Dr.Strange etc... the only difference is that she also knows what's to come..

SarkasmaTV that's just the biggest assumption I have heard in days. She can only see her own future and some others? Where was this stated? The Hulk isn't even on the top level. Wanda alone was powerful enough to mind warp the Avengers. Let me list characters "no cosmic beings" more powerful than the Hulk. 1- Thanos, he easily whooped his ass and knocked him out. Even make him not come out in the entire movie because of fear. 2- Thor, he was comparable to him in strength etc, durability? Thor has shown better feats. Boost this with Mjolnir and then Stormbreaker that was powerful enough to overpower a blast from all the gems. 3- Wanda, she already mind controlled and was stated to be capable of single handedly able to kill a Thanos, the same being who easily overpowered the Hulk. 4- Dr.Strange, easily able to hold his own against Thanos with 4 IG, let Thanos win because it was the only way to actually win. He is actually the most powerful Avenger. 5- Captain Marvel, the fastest being so far, durable enough to withstand hits from the IG "1 gem has the power to wipe out at least a planet" and she withstood Thanos with the IG. Then there is Hela, Quicksilver etc. Quicksilver is actually above the Hulk so far. He was powerful enough to overwhelm the Avengers with his speed, Thor with Mjolnir included... So I don't see where all this is coming from.. yes some characters has the best durability etc but that doesn't mean they r above anyone. The Ancient one can just teleport the Hulk or Hela's upper half to the sun and call it a call. Easy as that

None of the Mcu asgardians are gods, as confirmed by Odin, and hela doesn't have immunity to death considering she dies at the end of Thor ragnarok to small island level destruction. Also, since when is she able to create portals? The only portal we see her go through is the one that opened after Odin's death and that was confirmed to have been because Odin died in that spot and that was where she was spit out of her prison dimension.

How many times are you gonna say that Hela caught the frickin hammer? Geez.

No... Odin cast the spell of worthiness during the event that take place in the first Thor Movie not anytime before it so Hela wasnt worthy when she held the Mjolnir. Plus, the worthiness can be change at any time as seen in Endgame when future Thor call Mjolnir and said "I'm still worthy" implying that worthiness can be change

In that time Strange has mastered the Time Stone to the point that he can witness 14,000,605 possible outcomes in the matter of a couple of minutes, so essentially time is no longer of any consequence to him, which also means that it doesn't matter how many years the Ancient One lived. Strange effectively has infinity experience. And remember that the Ancient One didn't regularly use the Time Stone. It was kept locked in the temple.

Peter Ruffini clearly, but it doesn’t mean that in regards to the statement of he ancient one that strange reached the peaked to where he can be considered the best to the field of magic. Especially because, the ancient one still has a lot of experience compared to strange. And strange did not see all the possible outcomes at the speed that you are implying, he took his full concentration. Nevertheless, he is strong and yes he is meant ti be the best.

@@1971agent The Ancient One used the Time Stone constantly. She looked into the future pretty much every day. She meant that when he reached his peak, he will be the best of them. He hasn't reached his peak yet. It's never been explicitly stated how they gain the knowledge from the time stone. To me, it's just projected directly into their minds, so they're not actually living through all those possibilities (as every time they use it, it would take hundreds if not thousands of years), or they specifically see the futures they want to find, while being aware of all other possibilities instinctively. If they were to actually live all of these futures every day, it would drive them insane. The Ancient One simply does have more experience, and overall, if she were still alive, would be considered superior to Strange in terms of knowledge and skill. Strange will reach that in time, but for now, the Ancient One still surpasses him in terms of skill, knowledge and wisdom.

Since you're that excited, maybe it would help to know the true Marvel character of Hela, so here's a statement I posted for people to know where Hela comes from truly. Stan Lee and Jack Kirby took her directly from the Norse mythology and didn't change a thing of the character's lore and true origins. First off let's make a few major corrections here... Hela in Marvel Universe and Norse Mythology is not the daughter of Odin, she's the daughter of Loki and a Frost Giant Sorceress Angrboða and she is appointed the goddess of death by Odin when she comes of age. So the MCU totally went off script with her character and she's by no means more powerful than Prince Thor and even less a King Thor (Odin Force). This was just the MCU's way to under power the Marvel character of Prince Thor/King Thor. Hela is at her most powerful in her domain of Hel. But a Prince Thor gone into warrior madness has vanquished her in her own domain and then another time in her domain again whilst using the "Destroyer's" armor. So, everything you've stated about Hela in your origin history lore, powers and abilities are based on MCU lies to fit a narrative to water down Prince Thor/King Thor. So, bottom line, in this battle you're using false narratives/information to power up Hela, therefore you can't compare the two because your Hela characterization is false on many different levels. Why Boba Fett and not Din Djarin ? Also why Rocket and not Starlord (I kinda understand Rocket but not Boba so much) I want to see genre comparisons fight. Overall the Marvel guys should win because Baby Yoda doesn't know his powers yet. Rocket needs a jetpack or something while Quill already has rocket shoes. Quill and Rocket both have better gear than the Star Wars Boba or Din. Beskar might make the fight last longer but not for a win. Without disintegrations, which take time and distance or surprise I don't think Boba or Din stand a chance. So, it's all left to Baby Yoda. He's powerful but naive due to being a baby still. Rocket is more vicious than Quill so the opponents don't stand a chance. I didn't think the Ancient One from MCU had one either but I could be wrong. She has called Dr. Strange "The Best of Us" like a million times and not because of 700 years of knowledge but from being a prodigy. However, it was Strange who realized Tony would be the key and gave up the time stone for the win or Endgame. It's a coin toss really

Asgardian magick and eldritch magick aren't the same exact magick. Just because you can affect 1 magick easily doesn't mean it you can affect a different one the same otherwise the Asgardians would all be using magick like The Ancient One abd Doctor Strange.

Catching mjolnir was actually impressive considering odins enchantment on it. What hela went on to do showed she is just some power hungry lunatic not worthy of mjolnir but she held it and stopped it from returning to actually thor a worthy own. Mjolnir is a weapon we know thor sends out and calls it back and would destroy anything on return just to get to thor so I believe the sheer force of just holding it back from returning to thor is something even thor himself thought was impossible. That was extremely impressive. Destroying it now was just to make a point of what impossible is to her but also another level of impressive 😌

The guy in the video doesn't know what he's talking about. Also, not only has it been confirmed by feige that mcu asgardians haven't used real magic on screen but that what they refer to as magic is really just super science and psionics/special abilities akin to mutant powers.

cody baggett every Marvel fan knows that Feige sent the greatest authority on how things actually work in the Marvel universe. How does speaking to a hammer that no one can use it unless they are worthy qualify as super science or psionic ability? Conjuring blade from thin air qualifies? Summoning lightning does? Maybe projecting multiple images of yourself without activating any device does. Bottom line is, in the video Loki is called a master wizard, which is true according to Marvel canon. It’s true that Asgard does have advanced technology. But advanced tech doesn’t explain every Asgardian ability. Hela had abilities beyond those of other Asgardian. As she’d been banished by Odin before his death, she’d have no access to any newer Asgardian tech until well after coming through the rift gate. Yet she demonstrated those abilities immediately. Therefore, tech doesn’t cover it.

The hammer has tech built in to it and was programmed to take orders from the ruler of asgard. As for their abilities, how does storm control the weather and Sumon lightning? How does cyclops summon extradimensional energy from his eyes into concussion blasts? calling a turd a fine piece of art doesn't make it so and titles in the mcu are both useless and often allegorical.

Keep in mind, the Fight between Hela and the Valkyrie was fought in her own dimension, she had a immense advantage since her entire dimension is hers to control, it's why we see her throwing countless swords at the valkyries while outside of her dimension she could throw lots but not that amount as she did in her own dimension having to rely on the supernatural connection to give her strength.

Dan I think it's a good idea if you did a top 10 battles of 2019 countdown tomorrow! It would be a good way to close the year!!!

The one problem here is that we haven't actually seen the full power of Hela, she was weak in Ragnorak, she was growing powerful. But the ancient one has such OP spells like separating the astral form from the body, trapping minds or the body itself between dimensions, trap people in the Mirror dimensions, elemental manipulation etc. Hela was a being with close range powers while the Ancient One was mind over matter. And in my book, mind over matter always wins..

Her cape can stop asgardian bullets, his puny repulsed blasts ain’t doing shit. She consistently whooped Thor’s ass. Hela is undefeated. Only someone that can destroy Asgard can destroy hela, as long as it exists she exists. Even Odin couldn’t kill her only trap her.

This was an exagerrated liberty taken by MCU. If it was Loki from the comic books, Dr. Strange would not be able to handle him that way.. Loki is extremel capable of anything Strange can do and more. Loki can actually give powers to others. He has power wheareas Strange controls power. Loki can also control energy just like ancient one and strange.

In that situation, The Ancient One can totally dodge it but she didnt, because she saw her future is 100% die in Strange’s working hospital by Kacealius,that is her destiny. She die so Strange could be the Socerrer Supreme and she accept it, she didnt do anything to try to avoid it. She could use the Time stone to fight, ask Strange to revive her with the Time stone, bring Wong and her student to fight with her, ask the Avengers to help, but she didnt do anything to change to change her destiny

Hela shrugged off the tesseract (an infinity stone) while the Ancient One regarded an infinity stone as their greatest weapon. Also, replace Hela with the Ancient One in the NewYork fight. She solos the majority if not all of the Chitari. The Ancient One is out of her depth with Hela. Odin sent her away and had to use constant power to keep her there. She's not staying wherever the Ancient One sends her.

It that shows a contrast in the character's power levels if one infinity stone is only, "interesting" to Hela while the other is critical to the Ancient One. Even if it boils down to usefulness, this would show that Hela's power set makes the space stone of little value to her.

Thanos' armor is tougher than anything Jen could throw at Wanda and yet, Wanda was able to break that armor down PLUS she was able to break Thanos' dual wielded sword that was stronger enough to cut through Steve's shield.

Technically the ancient one as lived her 700 year life tons of times because she received energy from the dark demoinsoin

It's worth noting that The Ancient One was going easy on the zealots. She could've instakilled them in that mirror dimension. She gave them every opportunity to give up. Note how in every scene she reforms the world around them but keeps them in the relative safety within the boundary she set. The extent of her power in the mirror dimension has not been seen in the MCU. Its still hard to say though. They're both incalculably powerful.

You forget that Ancient one didn’t see the blade coming. And Hella was even fast enough to react to the hammer flying at her face. Ancient One dies before she can even see Hella’s spike coming up from behind her
