NC all state is doing hela rotan this year! I really hope I get in, after making it into mars hill choral festival and then the governors school choir, All-state just feels like the next step lmao 😭

Update, I got in!! 5th highest score in the state! Currently learning hela rotan, the alto part jumps around so much lol 😭

nice. but fyi, not really well-known even by other indonesian ethnics, native moluccan used to sing the 2nd "sudah-putus" lyric/word with faster tempo.
