I spend some time talking about the sixth Kumijo in my approach to Aikido. This form is very similar to the Morihiro Saito's 7th Kumijo- which was in fact the inspiration for my fifth form. I like many of the aspects of the form that Saito sensei used, however I have changed a few things and talk about this form differently then he did.
