Fun fact to the reason why most of them died. Most had a normal heart and had a mammoth size, the heart alone wasn’t able to function properly due to their large size. Hence there was less blood flow in general and made their life span short. I believe I saw this on a article from scientists that tested that people who are generally shorter tend to live lot longer then most that are taller.

Fun Fact: Robert Wadlow was so tall that he got hired to replace the bulbs in the traffic signals. He didn’t even need a ladder or to stop traffic. He would wait for the walk signal quickly replace a bulb and return to the sidewalk, he would repeat this process for each bulb that needed replacing. When he was a freshman in high school he was already so tall he could dunk a basketball without even jumping.

There are three people missing 1. Pornchai Saosri - he was the second tallest person in history is you count Robert Wadlow as the tallest and became the the tallest person from somewhere in 2000s, but before he could go mainstream, he died in November 2015. Height: 8'8 Feodor Machnow (1876-1912) - was the second tallest person actually in history with a height of 9'0 but his height was never officially measured while Robert's height was measured by the Guinness John Middleton - was a giant with a height of 9'3 but his height was never officially measured, however, at his grave, it is written 'Here lyeth the bodie of John Middleton born 1578 died 1623 nine foot three'

They were anomalies, and had pituitary and other problems. Most of them probably had parents of average height, but the kid had glandular problems that are probably more treatable in this day and age. So, the tallest people in the world are the people who are Naturally taller, like many of the tribes in Africa--the Sudanese, the Dinka, the Masai. Those are actually the tallest people in the world.

It depends on what is your height and most people here (these who are not basketball players) are not tall because of genetics but because of syndromes that caused them be extremely tall (so they are already not healthy). Also, they have problems with spine and other bones and joints as well, and problems with heart and circulation.

I doubt Feodor was the tallest as well, he was never fully verified before his death most people seem to be of the consensus based of photos that he was about seven foot ten inches tall which is nowhere near the well documented Wadlow's height which has him both in photos and film with no height building shoes or tall hat's next to common street items like sign post, mailboxes and door frames for scaling reference.

Robert Wadlow at 8’11” was still growing when he died at the age of 22 in 1940.

Alot of these men don't live past the age of 40

Fun fact to the reason why most of them died.can reach a 9th somewhat comfortably over the keys, but I can only play a 10th if I move to the edge. Most had a normal heart and had a mammoth size, the heart alone was not able to function properly due to their large size. Hence there was less blood flow in general and made their life span short. I believe I saw this on an article from scientists that tested that people who are generally shorter tend to live a lot longer then most that are taller.

You should have shown them all standing next to each other all at once, for a better sense of relative size
