This video will teach players how to play Hegemony, an asymmetric economic and political simulation. This video is the seventh in a series of rule videos about Hegemony: Lead Your Class to Victory. It will cover the crisis response, alternative events, hidden agendas, and extra expansion cards of the Crisis and Control expansion. This video will NOT cover how to play the automas. That will be covered by other videos in this series. This expansion is embedded in the Kickstarter version of Hegemony, and will be available as a separate expansion for the retail version of the game. Other videos cover general rules as well as the four individual factions.

When playing solo with automa, do I have to stick to the rules of the basic version of the game? 1 player + automa will always be a game of capitalists versus working class or can I do a different combination of factions?

Yes, you need to do 2 player with Capitalists and Working Class, 3 adds Middle class, and 4 adds the State. If you really want the state or middle class, you can play with 2 or 3 automas, since all 3 are included in Crisis and Control. It will just make for a longer game.
