Recipe for: Hake Pane | Breaded white fish fillet
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
Hake fillet - 800 g (cut into pieces).
Flour (for rolling).
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Breadcrumbs (for rolling).
Lemon - 1 pc.
Salt.
Pepper.
Oil (for frying).
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the hake fillets into medium-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Season the sliced fish with salt, pepper and the juice of half a lemon. Stir to taste well.
Beat the eggs. Arrange the breading products in the following order: flour, eggs, breadcrumbs. Bread all the pieces in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Arrange the breaded slices on the cutting board.
Heat oil for frying in a pan. Dip the breaded fillets in the remaining eggs and then place them in the heated oil. Fry until golden on both sides. Remove the finished fish fillets to a plate with kitchen paper to drain excess fat.
Serve the breaded hake fillets with a lemon wedge.
