Sir pkr is devalued on daily basis. When selling property if you buy 1 cr and sell 2 cr after 5 years there is no profit as money has been devalued. This is making fools of people.

While it is true that majority of people doing business in Pakistan are Non-Filers, It is also true that Government deducts a huge amount as indirect tax from every citizen. Ranging from a simple mobile recharge card to luxury cars, The Govt takes a massive cut on each and everything while providing zero security, insurance or responsibility. A simple example is excise tax on registration of new cars where it is mentioned that the excise department is not responsible if your car is tampered or stolen at the time of registration. If you cannot provide facilities then you are not allowed to collect tax. Simple. Govt demands taxes like America while providing facilities less than Ethiopia.

باتییں تو بہت اچھی کرتے ہیں ٹیکس. دینا بری بات نہیں ہیے مگر ٹیکس دینے والے کو. کوئ بینیفٹ نہیں ہیے ۔۔ باہر کی بات کی کہ وہاں ٹیکس زیادا ہیے لیکن وہاں کی سہولتیں بھی دیکھو. ۔۔۔ دوسری بات یہ کہ کسی کی پراپرٹی پر کوئ قبضہ کر لے تو کیا اسکا پرسان حال ہوتا ہیے ۔۔۔یا تو اسے اچھی خاصی رقم دے کر جان چھڑائ جاتی ہیے یا قبضہ کرنے والے کی دل چاہی رقم لے کر مجبورن چاہیے نا چاہیے پراپرٹی ٹرانسفر۔ کرنی پڑتی ہیے حالانکہ جسکے نام کاغذات ہوں وہی مالک ہو نا چاہیے
سر!ٹیکس تو صابن کی ٹیکیا پر بھی دے رہے۔ بجلی کے بل پر بھی بہت سارے ٹیکس دے رہے ہیں۔ اور کتنا ٹیکس دیں۔

Non filer should not be allowed to travel by air .
Filer ban jaen. Gonadal sb ayesa b Nahi hai. If a person income is less than a certain limit prescribed in ITO 2001, he is not required to file income tax return. So a person who is not obligated to file tax return under law, why he should be compelled to become filer. Even if he becomes filer and files tax return , he will not pay any income tax and he will record tax paid as zero because his income is less than threshold of taxable income.

سر میں خود بھی ایک پراپرٹی کنسلٹنٹ ہوں ، آپ کی ویڈیو گورمنٹ پالیسیوں کی حمایت میں ہے ۔ اصل مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ پاکستان کی اشرافیہ جو ارب پتی یے وہ ایک تو ٹیکس دیتی نہیں ، دوسرا یہ کہ جتنا ٹیکس وہ دیتے ہیں اتنا ہی عام غریب عوام بھی دے رہی ہے ۔ غیر مساوی دولت کی تقسیم اور مساوی ٹیکس کی شرح عام و خاص کے لیے یوں ملک ترقی نہیں کر سکتا ۔ دوبئی سے ہمیں سیکھنا چاہیے ۔ حکومت کی یہ پالیسی anti investment policies اور IMF کی پالیسی ہے کہ کے ملک کے اور خاص طور پر middle class جو کے اس ملک کی اکثریت ہیں کہ حق میں بلکل بھی نہیں ۔
