Actually Turkey has great Ski-Resorts as well, just less popular compared to European ones. Check out Uludag Bursa, Palandoken Erzurum, Kartepe Kocaeli.

Yeah, you wouldn’t believe it but I was in Bodrum at around November time once and it was 25 degrees and I was swimming in the sea (I was about 5 years old) and only 500 miles east it was -15 and snow everywhere.
