While I smoke a couple joints every night, I love listening to different rain videos.

I am sitting here with my sister who is in the last days of her battle with lung cancer. She asked me to find music with waves in the background and we've been listening to this for hours. It is such a privilege to be with her as she prepares to meet her Savior face to face. Love and Peace from Alabama-USA My sister passed peacefully into arms of Jesus.

This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder. 💖

When I built my house it had to have a tin/zinc roof. So much better during rain, day or night.

I am currently sitting in my backyard, enjoying a cup of coffee and taking a break before an online meeting. The sound of a rainstorm is playing in my headphones, and I am grateful for these 15 minutes of peace. I am autistic and work as a software engineer, and this video is perfect for helping me focus and reflect calmly. Thanks to this moment of relaxation, I am confident that my upcoming meeting will go well.

This is much needed for people who have never experienced an ounce of peace and quiet in their lives. This is what I imagine living alone in a cabin out in the wilderness would feel like. Pure tranquility.

I love it when it rains now I don't necessarily like being out in the rain but I will sit out either on my front or back porch and watch it rain, on my front porch is a street and across is empty field and some trailer houses on the other side and not much of a view but when it rains on the street especially when there are no vehicles driving on it and water makes the street shine via the street lights.... But on my back porch it has my back yard a pasture with a pond on it and some hills and a forest it's the better view out here,G'night Y'all .

This is so great! I always used to get anxiety in the dark. I've grown very sensitive to light because of my autism, so I couldn't sleep with any lights on either. These videos have really helped me relax in the dark. Now I hardly ever feel anxiety in the dark anymore. I actually feel peaceful. It means such a great deal to me :)

For anyone here with anxiety, fear, stress, or depression, I want you to know that you are not alone. We all go through difficult times in our lives, and it can sometimes feel as though we'll never get back to normal. But you will overcome all the difficulties. No matter how cold the winter is, there is still a spring ahead. Believe in the power of positive thinking. You will get through it and you will come out stronger than ever.

I've been struggling a lot with anxiety induced breathing issues lately, think hyperventilating but slower, less panicked. It's not a panic attack, it's more like my breathing is out of sync, and it is a struggle to draw in a deep breath; my brain has decided that instead of allowing it to be an automatic function that my body does it needs to do it manually, so every breath is a conscious effort on my part. Tonight I woke up after only about an hour of sleep, unable to breathe properly, and it is currently 4am. It's such a strange issue because I'm not usually actively anxious when it happens, I feel like I'm trying to calm down from something that I didn't realise was affecting me in the first place. Right now I have a hot drink and I'm going to distract myself until it hopefully returns to normal, and I can fall asleep. The rain definitely helps a lot, too.
