Same in rawalpindi in last 4 years they increased the mantinance charges from 4000 to 10,000 for one kanal house. Now this month they decrease 4000 in miscellaneous and shifted to electricity bill,beside increasing the unit rate to rps 4 per unit for residential and residential for commercial.

Bycott DHA. Do not employ ex army officer and save bahria town.

Superb suggestions, but seems like baharia town management doesn't want to take all these suggestions and want to make baharia a ghost town..if baharia management keep making these kind of mistakes and create issue every other month for baharia residents, trust me once they leave they not coming back and you can forget about future residents as you can not even keep current residents...

i have a suggestion ager aap apnay channel se bol sakay...simply ager yeh sarey plots se 2 ya 300 rps lena shru kerdey mahana tu masla sab ka hal hojaye ga...bahria ko unki cost recover ho jayegi aur eik plot se 300 pkr zada amount bhi nahi hai....abhi sara bojh unhi per aaya hua hai jo wahan reh rahe hai...lakho plots hai jinko tabhi charge ho ga jab NOC leygay...tu bhai abhi thori se fees laga do...

Excellent analysis by Mudassar Iqbal,the management is responsible for this ciaos, thy are putting unnecessary burden on the shoulders of the residents, it is not the proper way of establishing & running a civilized, disciplined public society smoothly.Only the Qualified in the relevant field civilized , experienced management can resolve the issues, not the B O O O O T can.

Exports, remittances, and manufacturing all increased. Things were looking promising until brain dead GHQ removed them and brought back Ishaq Dar to bankrupt Pakistan a third time, as he had done twice already. Naya Pakistan was a lot better than this bankrupt Pakistan. GHQ's SIFC is already a failure, Arabs are not giving you money, MBS didn't even stop by.

You are talking about bahria town karachi,same is happening in islamabad. Electricity per unit is very expensive as compared to other societies. Moreover they have started deducting 30 percent of our solar units in the form of adjustment

Big mistake to investment in BTK

I have lived in Bahria Town since 2015 and you live in Korangi Karachi. It seems you have less information and knowledge about Bahria Town. Bahria Town is the largest and best residential society in Asia. I agree that they are charging slightly high maintenance fees etc. Consequently, they are giving the best facilities to their residents. No load shedding no gas and water shortage. So your analysis on Bahria Town is illogical and are based on least research.

Koi security and safai well tareeke se nahi ha..im resident of bahria always call to security ...all install cameras are just show piece ...sometimes no garbage collect from my villa even i complain plenty times..some body nicked my garage lights and tank cover..i complaint but recievd msg from bahria ..ur complain resolved even nothing happened...worse drama played by bahria management
