Didn't think it was India at first ....then realized it was Kerala ....clean, organized, civil traffic....the roads are quite decent. ....with white line markings and all .....no wonder he was able to drive so fast...

I absolutely love Kerala, but the only thing I would want to see is 4 lane highways in Kerala. I've myself experienced journey from Kasaragod to Palakkad. Heavy traffic and only 2 lane road. Kerala needs infrastructure development.

Due to the road condition and traffic government should think about alternatives solutions like air ambulance. At lest for hospital to hospital transfer. Which make safe and fast transfer and no need to block the normal traffic.

Make a margin line both sides of the road ( urban and rural road) in every state of india for ambulance and fire engine, so that nobody is allowed to stop any vehicles or blocks or even at traffic junction.
