Heaven (Simply Red) on Hammond with block chords + solo
Музыка
Heaven; "a place where nothing ever happens" but still worth being. I played the whole song in one take in one time. 14 days before I made the rhythm track, so I was looking for the right registrations thoughout the piece! Again with a solo and block chords for the Hammond freaks at 2.15" . So this is basically like my rendition of "als alle lichten zijn gedoofd"....Have fun!

I love the movements of this man's hands and body. Hey sassy if the music is in him. Amazing artist.
MasterPiece
Perfect!
Wonderful!
Maestro le faccio i miei complimenti grande performance stupendo... Un saluto Valerio
Mooi gespeeld weer!
VERY GOOD TUNE SURE IS!
Would love to hear him play, You Take My Breath Away. Thank you.
The organ is very good indeed! It reacts very good on drawbarsettings changings the high tones are almost unsurpassed, so I'm proud of my A100. It contains the famous red caps which are still original. Fair enough I envy you!! The '59 B3 is the best! Make something of it! I love the cabinet of a B3 organ.
Very nice
bravo
Thanks! I always record the Hammond with "volume normal" . But I try to preserve the dynamics of the acoustics of the real Hammond! When mixing/blending in a CD-recording I should use a compressor...Nowdays I don't need any noise gate ("oise ate") anymore: my A100 is absolutely silent . Is this an answer?
Thanks - :)
really good recording of the Leslie. The organ sounds great. And well played. Did you play "Loud" = did the Leslie have to produce some volume. If find that the sound changes quite a bit between quite and loud playing.
I was more wondering how lound you have have the Leslie. When I play at home there is a big differerence if you play with the leslie turned down or if you crank it up and let the amp work a little harder.
great. even better than original
When I hear this, the Leslie isn't too loud; I think about 7 or 8. Depending of the state this is an indication...
Wat klinkt die Hammond weer vet!
I would also like to ask, do you take requests? I would so love to hear you play "You Take My Breath Away"... thank you! 💓💓💓
Thanks...This is a '66 A 100 with 145 Leslie.
Do you have any recordings, that someone like me could purchase? Thank you.
nicely done ... is that a "new" B-3?
Much better than the original 1979 version.
that looks like it's in great condition for a '66 organ ... have you had it re-capped? tone is great .... I've got a '59 B-3 with perfect cabinetry but I should get a little work done on the innards
What are your drawbar settings for this song?
Apart stuk, had ik zin in. In een keer ingespeeld en niks meer aan gedaan. (moet ik maar kunnen)
the song HEAVEN is from the talking heads (not simply red)... Beautifull played by the way....
