Thank you for your advise I just bougth a new heating pad but It does not have a way to put a wet cloth inside can I just put the wet cloth on my skin and then the pad over it?

Can the cover be washed? I borrowed one and I want to return it clean

What colors are the setting lights on the controller?

I have the same heating pad and the remote is flashing. I don’t know what to do.

I have some questions about this, what if I wanna use it without the moist, do I remove the moist sponge?

I would say yes if you don’t want it moist don’t put a moist sponge in it
