Is buffer can be weak base and conjugate acid?
i'm doing a Ph buffer problem and it has hno2 on top instead of no2- in the Ka expression, why? wouldn't it be h3o+=Ka (no2-/hno2) instead of h3o+=Ka (hno2/no2-)? hno2=0.50 M, no2-=0.75M is it because of cocentration?
