Bowen is literally tied for 3rd in goals in the prem, has led his team to a much higher spot in the league table with wins against Chelsea and Brighton, and a top spot in the second flight of European competition. It’s hard to imagine how he isn’t in the top 10 wingers.

i'm a Spurs fan but he hasn't been consistent enough since coming to the Prem to be considered a top 10 winger. Right now i'd say he's 12th or 13th but he's only 23 he will definitely develop into a top 10, potentially top 5 winger in the league.
