Kindly let us know how to decide what temper to choose for Alum. sheets for different purposes. for example: alum. sheet used on canopy, in door and windows, for water jet/laser jet cutting design purposes. which temper has less sagging in alum plate/sheets with respect to its thicknesses.

Apka video dekh kar interview dene gaya tha interviewer ne puchha konsa heat treatment karke product mei machinability developed hoti hai? Toh mei ans nahi kar paya . Apse nivedan hai ki annealing,normalisaing, hardening, tempering karne se konsi konsi mechanical properties enhance hoti hai aur konsi dur ho jati hai etc details with 100 percent information k sath video banaye.

Along with this explanation if u could give details about the type of steel which is used for annealing, normalising and hardening with the final type of end products used would be more educative. I really. Annealing or normalising or hardening is done on what type of carbon material and which type of industrial components etc
