I live in 2 bed apartment with exhaust heat pump. Because it’s ireland we have vents in every room which are basically a whole and they are very drafty. It’s always very windy in Ireland so there is loads of cold air coming through them and temperature in rooms drops dramatically. Should they be sealed ?

You are supposed to ask yourself these questions when designing your ventilation. The questions are about your building. You answer the questions to help you decide what to do. If you don't know the answer, hire a building designer.

the builder attached all three bath hrv fans together so when i turn on bath fan all others works as well. Is this some kind of a standard
