    I didn’t have heat rashes about 2 years ago. I usually get them after I work out. Typically in my arms and legs and lower back and idk why it’s happened now when it didn’t 2 years ago. The main difference is that my lifestyle is more sedentary due to the pandemic and I guess that might be why? Maybe my body isn’t used to moving as much anymore idk

    How do I avoid the heat when it’s winter & I’m always cold to begin with (hence why I take hot showers). So frustrating. Heat rash is so itchy & annoying. Hope it doesn’t leave scars.

    I’m in the same boat. I work outside everyday in Florida and during these summer months it gets unbearable. One thing you can do which I’ve been doing is using apple cider vinegar (with the Mother) on a washcloth and lightly applying it. It kills off all of the bacteria and reduces inflammation. Seems to work great for me.

    I went to the doctors finally, and he prescribed me some Betaderm, and I’ve been using the tub every since, and all my bumps are gone and most of it is gone, but my nipple area still gets pink when i sweat heavy, or my clothes are trapped against the skin. I think I might just have to live with it, I’m not sure. It sucks man, just go to the doctor and tell him about it and get some cream or something. Don’t just forget about it and think it will go away, it won’t really go away. Staying cool and having cold showers will help. One last thing, the more you rub lotion or cream on it, the hotter it makes it, which is not really what you want but it is needed sometimes. Hope you can treat it.

    Can a heat rash exist for more then 10 years? Cuz mine has I’ve had it for sometime now and it hit when I play football or workout and it’s major spots are my head, back, neck and chest. I think he is right, because I never Sweat. Even when I exercise. Do you think there is a way to stop this rash forever without using creams?

    I have a TERRIBLE Heat rash... does anyone have any type of solution??? I've been in Zanzibar for 3 months in spring (average hum. 85%) and I was suffering from this ras hlast month of my stay and it became VERY bad. Now every time I sweat I first get needle-poking like feeling on my whole body (mostly back, belly & chest) and after that I get redness that itches so much that I want to freaking cry. I know that there must be a natural cure for this so if anyone has any suggestion please share

    All the time or just when you exercise and sweat? If you have it all the time, go to a doctor, maybe you have some scabies. If it's only from exercise and sweating, try antihistamines like cetiriizine to see if it's histamine related.

  • @cyberfunk3793

    @cyberfunk3793

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@chafa2305 Scabies is a parasite that lives on your skin, but the symptoms would usually be itchines all the time and in places like fingers etc. that I'm guessing you don't have. If you actually had scabies, it would be best to get meds from a doctor, there are both topical and oral options for that. But sounds like you had what I have too, which is some type of allergic reaction from heat or sweat. I have had mine from 2016, sometimes the symptoms are mild and sometimes it gets worse, I still don't know what the root cause is, but I guess now it might have something to do with gut bacteria or perhaps even the air I breath (mold?). What works for me is cetirizine as a cure for the symptoms, if I take zyrtec 10mg in the morning, I can do sports during the day without problems. I also sometimes don't take any zyrtec beforehand, but as soon as I get symptoms, I take the pill and take it easy until it starts to work in about 30 to 60minutes. If antihistamines don't help you with your symptoms, then you have something else than might be only your skin that is the issue.
