Sir its like the story of THE HARE AND THE Tortoise Here T1 is the hare and T2 is the tortise as T1 rapidly cools down but stops at 4°C. In the meanwhile the tortise i.e. T2 slowly but steadly comes and cools at 4°C where the point of intersection of T1 and T 2 is visible. Next the tortoise T2 wins the race by reaching 0°C first. Moral:Slow but steady wins the race
