Dr. Teran is an Emergency Physician in the Division of Emergency Ultrasound and investigator at the Center for Resuscitation Science in the Department of Emergency Medicine at University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Teran trained in Emergency Medicine and completed a fellowship in Point of Care Ultrasound at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He is a testamur of the National Board of Echocardiography’s Examination of Special Competence in Critical Care Echocardiography (CCEeXAM) and currently leads the resuscitative TEE program at University of Pennsylvania.
